20 Questions - 20th Anniversary Edition
Here we go for our 20th edition.
Rules:
1. Only yes/no questions may be asked.
2. If the answer is unclear, question master must clarify why.
3. One guess per person does not count against the total, but additional guesses by the same person do. After all 20 questions are up, three total guesses are allowed.
4. Please choose people from history, or movie/TV/literary/video game chars/etc. characters that, if you were to throw a dart out the window, at least 50% of people hit would know this character.
5. Whomever guesses correctly takes over from the previous question master. If they do not want to do it, they may choose who to pass the duty onto or just give it to the first volunteer.
6. If the question master remains undefeated three times in a row, on the third time they must either pass it to a person of their choice, or the first volunteer takes over.
I will be on the road for the next 4-6 hours or so, so I will make two allowances:
a) I will allow follow up questions during this period (one question + "if question 1 is A, then question 2), and NOT charge for a second question if the first one is wrong (but I will charge for a question if it is right and adds information to the matrix). After I'm back to regular service, follow-ups will count as two questions.
b) if anyone asks a question that becomes redundant by an answer that comes later to a question that was asked earlier, I won't count it against the 20 (eg: one person asks if person is North American, one person asks if person is European, I answer North American, no charge to the person who guessed European).
So ... go!

I've missed Game 19 where I was absolutely sure that you, Jamiet, would go for Robert. I'm hurt and disappointed.

Re: 20 Questions - 20th Anniversary Edition
This does not count as one of the 20 questions - everyone is allowed one incorrect guess at the person's identity without that counting towards the total. (See Rule 3 in the OP).
