I think what Sabi is mentioning wrt Maniac is when I pointed out that despite desperately wanting to kill you and declaring so multiple times, when given the option to do so, maniac declined for a wagon that was lower down his priority list at EOD and his explanation of the action made zero sense

I feel like he could have a more definitive townread on me if he was town. Or a more definitive read in either direction. The half-assed townread makes me think scum. Take last game, where he thought Durga was scum from minute one and at end of day had me as locked!town. This middle ground feels strange
