forgive my annoyingly specific question.

place yourself in the thread at EON2, or as close to it as you recall. there is one specific player who is definitely “next up” to be killed. one name on the tip of everybody’s tongues. you can only give me one name for who is going to die next.

who is it? there is no right answer I’m looking for, just want your opinion.

(other people are free to chime in as well, but I’m most concerned with answers from these guys)

at eon2? i would have preferred a kill in ghug/pyxxy/maybe blamp? not entirely sure.

to clarify, town is basically 'non-immediate kills if we ever dk them'. some i view as clear (jamie, eden) and the other 3 are basically there but i'm not willing to go all the way without something big like the copclaim eden did.

Why do you have TFB as town?

suffice it to say that the mafia have provided me with a hard counter to any attempt to set a narrative frame that damo was the real Cop and I am the fake one.

accordingly I cannot imagine mafia Sabi taking this line of argument.

That could be what the mafia thought, that you were trying to draw the NK/RB and that damo was the cop, so they RB you to be safe and NK damo, although if they were right it would have been better not to janitor him. Maybe they were right.

see I definitely would have answered ghug, but I know I’m biased, so I asked the question to some of y’all to get a bias check. and it sounds like Maniac was actually the more “consensus” pick.

I think Maniac is the Janitor and they fired off the cleanup on whoever just so they got value from the ability. I’m wagering that they were already planning a slightly off-script kill to play around the Doctor, and decided to go for their best off-the-radar PR shot to maximize the value of the Janitor while they had it.

it’s possible that they thought damo was the real Cop. it’s really hard for me to read my exchange with him from that perspective for obvious reasons, but maybe to an outsider his reaction looks like a real Cop trying to play off a townie trying to hypo-Cop.

but I think the real takeaway from the Janitor is that we forced their hand a bit. obviously all of this is super speculative without knowing all the info already, but I don’t get the vibe that the Janitor was part of a proactive play, rather they just fired it off while they had it.

I am not completely sold on Maniac being scum, but if the day would be just pilling on him maybe ending is the right move.

I was holding my vote/end because I was about to ask you if you might be worried that skimming town + scummy scum might push the end vote through in order to avoid Maniac having to explain himself / deprive us of more investigation time.

Although it seems like all of y'all are pretty set on at least Maniac, so I don't want to get in the way of a runaway wagon.
