Re: M73 - Fowl Play - Game Thread [HIDDEN]
On my side I want a viable wagon to Celaph so we have an EOD and I didn't like the way TFB answered about why he would not fear kill Snowy. He answered me that many people scumread Snowy, but it just doesn't match what I was feeling at night.BesharamSabi wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 11:11 amI'm not seeing how boatman is scum this game.

Re: M73 - Fowl Play - Game Thread [HIDDEN]
Regarding TFB:
I get the feeling that he is using activity as a metric that he can comfortably discuss reads around without being forced to construct a full read around. It formed the basis for a significant portion of D1 scumreads of Kak and myself. And it feels like he keeps coming back to it to justify his scumreads on people. He sussed my inactivity N1, and again when he voted me SoD2, and again in response to Eden's comment on night solving. Most recently, he called Blamp and Bozo for disappearing at SoN1 as scummy.
I also think that he is a good candidate for being saved D1, though I'm less convinced than some that someone was saved.
##vote TFB

I appreciate your honesty, but I also think that a pure info kill is foolish. If town have no better way of finding scum than killing each other, this is going to be a fast game.damo666 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 9:33 amI don't know whether you are scum but you are a good info kill. This is unfortunate if you are town but there you are. If you are town scum are not going to NK you so there will always be a big ? over you so might as well get it over and done with now. Sorry for being so cold about it but as I said before it's inevitable (barring drama).

Could you explain your scumread on Maniac please, PE?President Eden wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 1:46 amTier 1 = strong towncore, do not want to kill in this group ever.
Tier 2 = leaning town, do not wish to kill today, but potentially open to killing later based on flips/etc.
Tier 3 = vaguely in the null space, probably don’t kill today
Tier 4 = killable today
Tier 1: Sabi, Bona, brain, Demon
Tier 2: bozo, Lamp, Chaqa, pyxxy
Tier 3: ghug, Jamie, worcej, rivera, Boat
Tier 4: celaph, Maniac
You've mentioned him a few times and put him in your scum-pool, but I've read back and I can't quite understand what your case on him is?

I've proved I wasn't lying, as you knew I would easily be able to do.
What was the point of accusing me of lying when you knew that accusation wouldn't stick?
But your vote is still on me. Do you think I am scum? Why do you think that, if you do?
He admits that he accused me of lying (and voted for me) "for shits and giggles" and yet his vote is still on me.
I hate this kind of crap, so I am sure the rest of the community all think this is brilliant town play. Bravo Maniac, what a great guy you are. Town is sure to win with this approach from you.

Ghug didn't ask you what percentage of faith you placed in your read. He asked you what Bozo has done do make you townread him. Apparently this is a question you are unable to answer?

I’ve evolved on many reads. I’ll be sure to share with the class at some point today.brainbomb wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 3:36 amManiac do you still feel this way about these people?Maniac wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 7:58 amSome thoughts
Rdriveria - doing carnival gets him a pass for d1 I suppose
Damo - says he fell for bozo’s ruse and has contributed nothing so far. Hasn’t come under any pressure. I’d happily vote Damo.
Macca - flooded house gets him a D1 pass - hope everything is being sorted Macca.
Pyxxy - one posts that makes them look engaged and then very little follow up. I’d happily vote Pyxis today.
Bozo - unusually quiet. Hasn’t received any pressure. I’d happily vote Bozo today.
Celaph - I won’t vote Celaph today.
Chaqa - would vote for Celaph which makes me want to kill him now. Would more than happily vote Chaqa today.
Jamie - I’d be eggstatic to vote for Jamie today and any other day.
Snowy. Ghug and TFB - if push came to shove I’d vote for one of these.
I’d need a lot of convincing to vote for sabi, demon or Kakarroto.
President Eden is now off my kill list for now. ##unvote Eden
Rest are null.

On Night 1 you predicted that Bozo was scum.President Eden wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 3:28 amit’s completely serious, I’ve said it several times today.TheFlyingBoat wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 3:27 am@eden can you explain bozo in a serious manner beyond this 65-70% bs?
In your first mention of Bozo today, you had him in your scumpool.
In your second mention of Bozo today, you said you were "less certain" but did not explain why, yet you still listed him in your scumpool of six.
Then suddenly you post a tiering list, and magically Bozo is now 65-70% town apparently.
What has happened during today to change your read of Bozo and why are you so unwilling to explain yourself?
This is very suspicious.

Why Maniac?President Eden wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 5:04 amChaqa brings up the flipper sort of as a joke, but you can tell from him randomly getting mad here that he’s actually considering that that might be happening, and that’s because he’s really invested in his admittedly plausible theory RE: celaph/bozo. which means he really believes it.
his reaction here from a technical standpoint is atrocious, but in the process it reveals he is almost certainly town.
and now he will be mad at me about something something robot emotion something something lawyer, cementing his town status

I would say that Celaph seems composed this game, not disengaged. He's posting and responding and answering questions.

Does the reference to the tie mean you had not seen my vote for Kakarroto yet when you placed this vote?
