That’s a fair assement. I’m just willing to give celaph till day one to do something.

The fact kak dodged boatman questions is bothering me. What is your explanation for that
probably the fact that you two were going to play civ 6 in five minutes from his post? which you should know since you were there playing? it’s plainly NAI to me, though you could weakly argue town is more likely to be openly defiant.
I mean we didn’t have dynamic turn timers on. I and Demon were still contributing to the game thread while playing civ. It’s not much of an excuse either.
so because you, individually, were willing to do it, means that everyone else in that position should also be? there’s NO room for somebody to just decide they can’t be bothered

you should also note that everything you’re arguing is summing up to Kak being equivalent to one of several uninvolved lowposters. which is to say they’re lowposting, not mafia.

If you knew it's flimsy, why did you spend so long talking about it (29 hours and 19 minutes between first and last post where you specifically indicate you believe in it)?
BECAUSE EVERYONE KEEPS QUESTIONING IT.

Are you draft Bona? Even blamp is like why is everyone keep questioning it to you hence why you keep. Mentioning it
If it's flimsy, why did you keep doubling down?

Hmmm kinda weird to log into webdip of all things on your friends phone.

I still have sus on blamp and think his whole story about how he lost his phone and keys is a great source of fiction.

I just find it hard to believe someone would log on to webdip on their friends phone esp when they don't play diplomacy.

have you read the part about me being on my friends phone not exclusively for this purpose but because i was stranded in their apartment bored while they were passed out drunk
It just feels off to me. Maybe this feeling will disappear but for now you're not that high on my scum list. A few are higher than you.
Because people keep questioning me about it.

Why are we still talking in circles.

I'm not voting blamp today at all.

Can we move on to other points or should we keep talking about this?

sabi has posted over a hundred more times than even me and the majority of it is usually to use appeal to audience to beg for people to look at how stupid one of their voters is in that moment

celaph is my top scumread. I refuse to vote along Eden. We're too far apart this game.

Bozo has not given us anything, other than a 'ghug is probably mafaa'
I agree with RHK about Bozo not giving us much, but he’s usually a more productive player post d1 (or d2 as it were)

every vote of sabis has been random meandering to the next flavor of the
minute and to try to generate other people than themself to have an actual substantive debate about said flavor of the minute

tbh I’m down to kill Sabi just to not have to listen to this self weeping anymore
in my heart of hearts I feel similarly, but I want to hit mafia much more
why have you totally given up on that sabi is maf trying an exhaustive strategy of endless emotions and game drowning questions that do nothing to advance anything — coupled with every single read of theirs is based on shit from among us or parroting what some other person said
to be completely truthful with you brain I don’t have an ironclad logical reason why I think it can’t be that. just from knowing Sabi, I don’t think that’s it.

if it really is an intentional strategy of endless appeals to emotion to wear us out psychologically, then without implying any kind of threat, I would very strongly prefer that such tactics not be a part of webdip mafia. but I don’t think that’s what’s happening here.

being present and asking tons of useless questions is how scum sabi plays. the only difference between that game and this game is that her scum partners are different and there isnt a second scumteam to hunt for

[Long post about Sabi and I]
I continued the question because I cared less about what it said about you and more for what it said about Sabi. My initial misread acknowledged the fact that I was surprised that you would have forgotten -- or as it turns out, I misinterpreted -- this detail. And so, deir post saying that you wouldn't forget such a detail makes little sense because I had literally just said that. It comes off as one who has an alignment indicative take about the situation, particularly with deir closing comment about you being off.

Their most recent reply indicates they didn't have anything more to add. It makes me think their initial post was hollow, chiming in to be seen more than to contribute. That's generally an indicator of scum, but I think Sabi's posting style can also explain it.

Could be anything. Maybe he’s been enjoying some alcohol, the company of a lovely woman, or maybe he’s just happy?

Scum Bozo a few games back didn’t play like that (the one when Bona and worcej caught him)

I stopped at g55 to finding instances of him joking around. Besides that one game where he did hard to read colors, I can't find much else of him joking. He was. Less serious toned when he was the witch.

hey celaph, good to see you 8-)

I think your analysis of what Sabi was doing there is good, but I notice you don’t come to a firm conclusion about their stance.

part of the reason I’m voting you is because it seems to me that you’ve done some of this type of thinking, but have not reached firm conclusions. please give me some idea of who your suspects are and why. thanks

and I recall being told im flip flopping on sabi
and that im tunneling sabi

I just think we should kill sabi?
if that clears up my stance on the matter

thoughts on wagons
- the time for joke voting and pressure voting is over. if you wanted to pressure vote somebody you should have done it 8+ hours ago to ensure they had time to see it. your votes should exclusively be trying to hit mafia.
- Kak has town paranoia in his one content post. voting him is more or less equivalent to voting any other low-poster, except he has this one post that has a lot of town paranoia in it. if Kak is genuinely your top scumread then you have an hour and a half to do better.
- celaph is a good wagon because he’s still being very surface-level and not engaging with stuff. maybe I’m being self-centered but that conversation he had with Sabi RE: me still felt a lot to me like someone who didn’t really give a shit about the topic or the conclusions and was just talking to look productive.
- Demon is a good wagon because this guy is just obviously not actually reading the game and throwing out really silly halfhearted gotchas in an effort to deflect attention away from him. but if I’m being 100% honest probably worse wagon than celaph.
- Chaqa and Boat are fine wagons in the abstract but they’ve both had reactions to various things happening rn that leave me wanting more time to work them out, so I’d rather not.

imma
##UNVOTE
##VOTE celaph
I think complaining about my vote (or damo's for that matter) on Kak would be quite silly given that he clearly saw my post and damo's vote was also a long time ago. I think you're reading too much into Kak's town paranoia here, but I can understand why given he literally only had one real post. I don't understand why you don't seem to care at all that his response to being told to help town was basically to say lol nah and bounce and never come back. Lfischl has been more active than this and gotten more shit than Kak has.

Celaph isn't a bad wagon either, though his excuse for a lack of activity, while way worse than Carnival is also way better than Kak's so if we're killing people for weak contributions I'd rather go after Kak. Agreed that some of his posts strike me as fluffy and carefree but funnily enough not the one you mentioned.

Demon imo is actually a better wagon than Celaph but still worse than Kak, and I think you might be overcorrecting here in attempt to take out your bias.

I find Chaqa's tunneling on Sabi mildly concerning and seems like scum trying to force an easy kill on Sabi who I'm inclined to believe is town.

Right now I'm leaning towards a scum pool of like Kak, Celaph, Chaqa, Snowy, and Demon based on what I've seen D1. When someone mentioned Snowy's post count I was stunned since I found almost none of it memorable and after a quick ISO I was blown away by how un-Snowy it was. Normally he'd be much more useful by now. Don't want to kill him though as I have hopes he'll get back to normal soon.

I'm just going to ignore brainbomb rn because he's trying to get under my skin and I don't want to let my external emotions once again ruin this game for others. I don't play well when I'm angry at others so this is why I'm ignoring him.

Thats all.
