Ties aren't real and brain would never give you the win if offered the win himself. Someone will walk away happy in a 1-1-1 and someone will walk away sad. Draws aren't even real wins so imo if you're scum you have to play for the win here with the expectation that if you go to 1-1-1 there will be a throw that will be accepted.
