Well I misplaced my phone so I have to rely on my laptop for this. Going to take advantage of this distraction free zone to get some stuff done before my parents visit.

While I am getting stuff done I will think about who to vote for. Obviously my bona vote was a joke vote. But yea be back in a few hours or before if I find my phone.

Also I will have to reread the squigs/brainbomb, brainbomb/durga, and snow/kgrey interaction. lots of questionable stuff there.

I would not deliberately misinterpret a post by a player just to generate doubt about a player I dislike. I was looking in tfbs ISO and saw that alliance list and I just didnt know that was the official list of people who claimed to be allied to flum.

I probably trust the judgement of kgray more than anyone in this game even If i dont align completely with their reads. I feel they are town here and I feel like town is in good shape with kgray around.

I mistrust damos reads the most because he made a large list of town and said he was very close to having the game solved and my name wasnt on his list and I feel I am pretty far out of my scum meta here. but even in spite of that I felt it was a challenge to get on damos list rather than that it makes me sus of him. I think damo is town who has not extended an olive branch to me for considering me town

Very curious to know what you think was questionable in my interaction with snowy.

Without looking back on anything, my instinct is that I agree with Tom (I remember really liking a list of his townreads) and disagree with snowy (mostly because of our opposite Eden/squigs reads)

What large list? It was 4 (from 17!).

we really have to stop monopolizing how the game is solved collectively. it takes an army of ideas and each person has to figure things out in whatever way works for them to arrive at the answers. a perfect town has cooperation, focus, and ideas. no one person has the best or worst ideas. everything can be helpful to someone and there is no proven path that gets it done best. weve all lost games and weve all enjoyed playing well before too. for new players they need to be able to reach conclusions and not just blind follow what some expert tells them is the answer.

people want to work with people they can identify with. people who nudge their instincts and appreciate each others thoughts.

the worst thing would be to roll town and never see a post that mentions your name because you are irrelevant to the collective or worse misunderstood

Assuming you are town then if you can't read me I have 11/17 chance of being town so why would you want me killed?

Meme has certainly been a lot more active than I was expecting, even if it's just been memes. I was originally thinking it was scummy that he wasn't completely lurking, but if he were trying to fake his engagement he could surely do better?

Wait, you were expecting less than 17 posts from meme? Weird that the guy who pushes a no kill because "we have more info on day 2" provides little information on day 1. If this is his normal behavior, why does he even play in the first place?

I haven't played with meme, I was just told (by other people and also him I think? lol) that he was a lurker and would barely meet the minimum posting requirements. It's just hearsay I guess, and I don't have any first-hand knowledge of how he normally plays.

I played one game with captainmeme and he posted 15 times D1 and was NKed N1.

Because I trust my ability to read other down the road more.
It's hard to track your thought process at times because you are usually strictly logical, or post reads with no explanations. I generally try to read people through how they come to their conclusions and measure if it's a townie thought process.
