Did tfb ever respond to Tom saying he was acting scared
Re: MAFIA 71: "PAPERS PLEASE" - GAME THREAD [Hidden]
Just his tone seems a little off, like he's unsure of himself, even in the joke phase
Re: MAFIA 71: "PAPERS PLEASE" - GAME THREAD [Hidden]
Fox seems genuinely frustrated at anti town behavior from a less experienced player in a way that scum probably wouldn't fake

Re: MAFIA 71: "PAPERS PLEASE" - GAME THREAD [Hidden]
Sorry folks, I'm leaving. Not coming back.
I've been reading as fast as I can, and even skimming over posts. I got to page 21, having read mostly puerile, illogical and ill-conceived drivel. Now I see there are 31 pages. Best for me to drop out now.
The mechanics of this game make it unsuitable for people who value their time. There seems to be an incentive for participants to flood the forum with meaningless verbiage, perhaps to drown out any cogent analysis. I might play again in a forum where each player has a limit to the volume they can publish. That will encourage players to think before they post drivel.
Best wishes to my successor. I have not given any clues as to the role I have been assigned, other than my disingenuous so-called "townslip" which nobody noticed anyway, no doubt because they, like me, don't have time to read all the crude wordiness.
Bye. ChrisVis.

You don’t have to be a dick about it…
“It’s not for me” would’ve sufficed lol

Should we tell him what the post cap is in Mafia Champs? We're nowhere near some of the bigger sites out there. But forum mafia is not for everyone, so thanks for at least expressing this and not just ghosting the game.ChrisVis wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 10:36 pmSorry folks, I'm leaving. Not coming back.

He admitted to faking townslips in his goodbye post, so that’s something…
Re: MAFIA 71: "PAPERS PLEASE" - GAME THREAD [Hidden]
As in you think he's faking it and is scum?Bonatogether wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 10:38 pmi disagree on both counts

"Unsuitable to people who value their time" just hits so much harder.Tom Bombadil wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 10:39 pmYou don’t have to be a dick about it…

I agree with Squiggles, but Fox is fairly sneaky, so he doesn't get more than a lean for it.Squigs44 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 10:42 pmAs in you think he's faking it and is scum?
Re: MAFIA 71: "PAPERS PLEASE" - GAME THREAD [Hidden]
Can you point to any posts that make you think this? He's got his usual contextless and confident reads, and he brashly called out Flum's nonsense. I'm not seeing anything that makes me think he's unsure of himself
