I've got a general question for y'all
whenever I had a question about game mechanics I would PM the GM. I always felt that people who make GM calls aren't so much in it for the information as the appearance of one who cares about figuring out the game

I made public GM calls so that everyone else also saw the answer, just in case anyone else had the same questions.

The question is, should they claim now then, so we get a free clear? The Mafia may not want to kill them anyway because they can't claim to have the stone if they are about to be lynched (or they basically would be admitting to being the Ninja), so if they kill the sould stone holder they risk tranferring the stome to the SK, which they probably don't want to do anymore than us. Also, so that the Vig doesn't accidentally shoot them. Thoughts?

Yea mafia have thief. They don't get to use stone even if they steal it unless they first find SK and steal it from him. If that happens seems like it's GG. I think we should therefore wait to reveal the location of the stone to make it as hard as possible for SK to get the stone, hopefully never.

How? If we know where the stone is, that person will never be lynched, so the SK never gets the stone. The SK is basically screwed, I think.

I think it is critical that the Soul Stone holder does not risk getting lynched. If he is getting votes and can't be online at EOD, it may be necessary to claim since the SK will take any opportunity to try to get him lynched, and can use the Power Stone to swing the vote.

So unless youve killed sk by then he finds it no matter what. We should not lynch the guy who has it obviously. But beyond that its not a item the scum would steal they want townies to die in droves.

Yea but the soul stone holder is probably a guy with a reputation for faking and always avoiding being lymched anyway. So its probably unecessary to claim.
