It’s important to me because it’s important to the scum people here, and anyone who’s trying to do character assassinations on the strong town players is probably scum. The mafia want a weak town, with no direction and no logicians. The only person scum reading Mean is brainbomb. Brain has now given some justification, but it’s based on one misinterpreted post and some faulty logic. Is that not super suspicious?

Either way the crucial thing that started this pointless back and forth is Balki saying to me:

This is manifestly false. Balki demanded that I should lay out my exact scum-hunting strategy for him. Then he lied and said he hadn't done that. I'd like to know what Balki thinks he's doing, because either he's scum or he's a fool.

But this has no bearing on why I think you are scum. I think you’re scum because you don’t sound sincere, and your suggestion that someone appeared to be new scum because they were signaling to their scum buddies to help them in the thread sounded like made-up scumhunting rather than the genuine article.
