In case I didn't already answer, and cause I'll probably answer this a few times, my first post if you add the numbers is 7 (that Chaqa crumb will stick with me as such an... odd one), which I also try to telegraph by swaping when I do alphanumeric and when I spell it out.

I did that because while I was drafting my first post, as VT I figured it would be helpful smokescrean. I assumed scum would be looking for crumbs, so if they saw that they would burn a NK on me, and probably not hunt the real tracker person as much.

It obviously didn't work... but that was my thought.

If I wanted to do a "real" fake crumb (one not meant to make sense until I explained it, and thus would be more believable), I would have done something that wasn't that clear (it was gonna be a reference to an old ps1 rpg that I REALLY doubt anyone would have caught without me explaining)

Ok, so Jamie KNOWS Kak is scum, and knows instnatlly what Damo is saying. I thought Damo was scum, which is why I voted there. Once Kak pops up Scum, it does look pretty bad to vote Kak, so this is a solid way to get a miskill of the two players who vote Damo.

It does give Jamie towncredit, and an obvious bus to jump on because Jamie knows what this means instantly. Jamie is scum, he knows for sure that Kak is scum.

So... my question is just would Durga as Scum... not catch this instantly? She has been sorta off on mechanics stuff? But I also don't think she jumps on that wagon with me, because of how scum it looks?

ftr i never read set ups and always suck at mechanics because i find it to be the most boring part of a game

but like this is actually a great point to bring forward - ignoring my own actions for a bit - why would scum!doom react this way to a claim she knows is going to be cc'd at some point? mega townie points - my reaction is also townie fyi

I do feel kinda bad. I totally think I misplayed as town here a couple different times. The jump to rdr is my biggest mistake, the Sabi jump was just a bad bet, but I would have been worried going in to endgame with Sabi/Me/Durga-Bunny. There's a solid chance I still could have been convinced to go against Sabi in that theoretical endgame.

This is fun, but also it's so much pressure to guess correctly here. Both Bunny and Durga's votes on Day 4 and Day 5 are suspect. Durga's been pushing a lot of the wagons, and they've been pretty bad.

i mean sure the game might have ended when we flipped bunny (now i'm fairly confident it would have) but none of that was worth the risk of having a scum!sabi in the end game because reading sabi would have been a coin flip

I didn’t like his tone. He seemed too clever to do things like bring up his own VCA unprompted. He also reminded me a lot of my own scum style: read a lot, post a lot, and actively hunt, but in a way that’s just a little off. There was also some POE (you and TFB).

just want to point out its a little weird that two pretty widely read townies (ghug, DL) were somehow sus to bunny (and mostly just bunny) and then they both flipped the day after he seriously pushed them...

I did join you on the pushes, and then they were bad, and now Bunny's still here instead of dead. Which is why I feel like I made a mistake in my past play.

And I only joined the pushes that my vote would make a difference on. Which is why it felt bad-I could have tried to town read rdr more, or say we should save Sabi, and it would have made a difference.

And the "bad" is just, they were town, not that the logic is bad.

Sabi was an ok kill day 5, but when you're back I would like an explanation on RDR instead of Bunny.

Wasted a solid half-minute trying to analyze nightkilling Llama, but the only thing that came out of it was A) I've been scum reading BunnyGo for a while now. Bunny would want me gone. and B)BunnyGo, baffalingly, has been scumreading DeathLLama for a while now. Durga could actually get Bunny to vote and kill off Death in that situation.

And that's before we get into WIFOM that either one could have done this as a trap.
