History. Others I believed would rise to the occasion eventually. lfischl has consistently failed to try in games, had posted just enough to avoid a forced mod replacement, and I believe would continue to follow the same pattern given what we saw up to that point. Uber I believed would be replaced as I mentioned and therefore didn't need to be burned.

They do not know. I assume the GM decides for them. They aren't even aware they are taking an action. They're asleep, you see.
