EG is great for G as long as E doesn't build enough armies.kgray wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 2:37 amOh I didn't think that much about it. I guess this was from E's point of view, in which case FG isn't an option.President Eden wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 2:34 amWhy is an FG off the table? Sure, letting France out of the corner is dicey, but Germany gets a free hand to take Scandinavia, which has a lot of centers.
I agree the EGF is pretty rough though, and England should probably prefer Germany to France, all else equal.
And in an FG those Scandinavian centers aren't Germany's for long if France plays it right![]()

What made you turn on kgray again? Just curious, can't quite remember though I think it might've to do with the Tom guiltyghug wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 4:20 amI like this logic, but my first thought when reading the reactions while waiting for RHK to post the death was that it reflected poorly on Durga for similar reasons, and we all know how that turned out. There was a sense of anticipated skepticism which did not mesh with the exuberance of having been given decisive knowledge. Though I thought this may have been a result of having suspected ghug was fake claiming (as I rather like to think I would have, had I not seen the answers ahead of time) that also does not mesh with "if ghug fake then chaqa cop"
There were two questions I remember making me feel this way and the latter was "what makes you think ghug's not doing this to protect you" which if true why even say it? And I forget the first it looked weird
That all said I don't think kgray's scum so whatever
I wish someone other than Bunny and worcej had reacted like the two of them did. They both processed it very townily.

Why did it take you six days to do thissnowy801 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 4:17 amI don't think I've ever felt so out of sync with rdrivera before.
I want you to comment why you think what you do.
I want you to comment why, given that very few people scumread kgray and most people have almost entirely written off Sabi as scum, you do not feel any compulsion to correct town's path to the right destination.
I want you to comment how you perceive the worlds where either the scum is extremely comfortable or desperate, who such signs might point to, and how that matches your current assessment of the last scums being Sabi and kgray.
I want you to comment on why you even need this prompt at all, when previously you were more than willing to provide such commentary unprovoked.
Do you think we're doing the right thing, killing Vecna? Why or why not? What do you think each kill, starting from bona, might've been intended to achieve? Do you doubt any of our claimants? How do you feel about ghug's fake claim?
Do you think we were right about Jamiet?
What's on your mind?

That's what I wanted to see

Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
But yeah, I just can't imagine a bozo/kgray/Tom team.
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
@Doom,
Why do you think, if ghug is in fact the oracle fake-retracting to hide his PRness, it's important to find that out by day killing him.
@Sabi
What do you think about Bunny's argument that your language indicates the mindset that would find Durga's kill natural here?
How do you feel about rdrivera (and maybe worcej?)'s argument that your hiding behind "I'm obvtown how dare you accuse me of being scum ##self vote" is a scum indicative action? Why do you do that, every time you're accused?

Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
This made me laugh so hard
Also, what do you conclude from this Bunny? (the 2nd quote)
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
Can you elaborate on this idea? My impression was he spent pushing both bozo and Tom quite a lot D2

if y'all view this in Normal Mode instead of Dark Mode, you can see "I am the Cop" in colored text not visible in Dark Mode
Also I don't know when I got into the habit of reading the thread backwards but I feel like it's really fucking me up
Anyway that's enough mafia for tonight good night. ghug say hi to Vecna for me
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
I find that I'm confused and I don't like it
Also I was kinda resigned to the fact that I would be flipped at some point and figured it might as well be sooner rather than later because I wasn't keen on defending myself for 2 weeks straight but now I kinda feel actually motivated to try regardless
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
Also Chaqa (probably) turning out town was a bit of a shock to me
I was just whittling time away waiting for a CC that never came
