Why would the Sabi who is so prescient in reading the room that leaving alive doubt for PR claimants is good and also it's important to not narrow down PoE fail to realize that Durga is not a mechanical clear?

I mean I get what you're saying but honestly I feel like we've been drawn into circular logic and wifom so hard we're no longer seeing reality as it is. I would argue that a quick ISO of Sabi would show so much more towniness than scumminess and that's a way better indication of alignment than your metric

The first part is the lesson from Tom. The second part is after tom dies. Think about what the words mean not to you, but to somebody new. The play makes sense from that perspective.

And I don't mean people's meta. I mean like a baseline of decision making processes that we work under with few if any exceptions, such as:

Kill any lurkers
Kill the people who fake claim for no reason
Kill people who are being unnecessarily toxic, etc.

Right, and wonder the effect of what such a "meta" would be. For example, if we banned the existence of fake hardclaims we would not be able to do what ghug did just now, but we also wouldn't have a Jasnah scenario either right (probably, hopefully)? So which is better?

Probably one would argue that to allow for freedom of expression and plays is better, but I've seen such rigidity really limit the amount of lies and wifom scum can pull off too.
