This is true only if scum discounts bozo's survival overnight. If a scum member thought bozo was just screwed here, then he'd start bussing early (at T-10:15, say), but generally go with the herd once the wagon fell apart (perhaps at T-2:38). Once the bozo wagon got more momentum, there is then an incentive to vote bozo again to not appear as if bozo was being protected.
