The fact the she basically seemed to commit suicide in game so quickly leads me to believe she's a VT. What PR or scum would do that?

Something I also can't stop thinking about is Chaqa's Se7en crumb. It just seems so iffy to me. When he was the cop in that Looney Toons game he had a way better crumb:
I know it's tunneling and I know nobody wants to hear it and I know people have already addressed the weirdness of him missing his 7th post and then getting lucky because Flum posted before page 7. But this isn't even close to as solid of a crumb as when he was cop in that game, and it really makes me think he just invented it after the fact.

not meme answer: I appreciate you augmenting what was already a good point with some context from past games. I know I at least was lacking it, and it really puts the difference in the claims into stark contrast.
Chaqa...?
Chaqa...?

Oh so when I say it I'm scum but when she says it she's making a great point and you believe her

I don't know anything about Sabi's extenuating circumstances that you all seem to be keyed into but she does find a lot of reasons (real or not I don't know why I have to say this guys it's not a crime to suspect people of lying in mafia) to disappear for extended periods of time
Also is weirdly insistent she's obvtown which is not obvious at all
Still don't think she's scum but since the topic came up
Also I don't think there's any material harm in assuming Jasnah's town. I've actually been coming around to Jasnah=scum theory myself lately but like, it's a minor thing to be wrong about at best
Eden seems like he's got some good ideas going but I can't be arsed to read them right now maybe later

Sorry I had uh, things happening
You too Jamiet. Though I contend the point I was trying to make is still valid (ghug put it well I guess)
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
I dunno I'd think it was super weird that someone inno'd early (presumably since it was a D1 ploy) is surviving to the end of the game, especially after that weird miller gambitFluminator wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:06 amIf the godfather gets scanned inno, then that's basically gg.
I don't think there's any positive takeaways from doing that

I don't read Sabi as the type of person to leverage or invent out of game circumstances like that, but as the game goes on and I find it harder to come up with a suspects list that I like, I am having to reconsider my "obvtown and move on" stance from earlier in the game. That's true for all the new players actually, though Doom still seems very safely town to me. Sabi did find a way not to be on any lead wagon in the end at EOD2, and if I'm right that jasnah is actually mafia then Sabi ended up on jasnah's counterwagon. I don't think it's ridiculous to look closer.snowy801 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 4:32 amI don't know anything about Sabi's extenuating circumstances that you all seem to be keyed into but she does find a lot of reasons (real or not I don't know why I have to say this guys it's not a crime to suspect people of lying in mafia) to disappear for extended periods of time

Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
I know I was ecstatic when I rolled scum in that game like 3 years ago (with Oztra and Chaqa) where I actually had to fly to my grandfather's funeral and used it as an excuse to lurk like no hell
I mean I honestly didn't have time but you know what I mean, I think I made it to final 5 that game but lost to 3P? The memory's hazy
The moral of the story is that people lie, but maybe it's actually that I'm just lacking in moral fibre that's omnipresent elsewhere

This is mostly where I sit, but there's a little voice in the back of my head wondering why the lack of filter and lack of knowledge haven't given us a straight up townslip yet.Durga wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:02 amI feel like it's more the way she says stuff and the lack of filter and the lack of knowledge like - there's been no coaching from N1 to n3 yknow?Fluminator wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:01 amFTR, I like Doom, but she hasn't really done anything that is super townie yet.
If the doc save is successful we definitely have to kill her tomorrow.
Definitely don't think she's worth killing tomorrow though.

I thought there was confusion about the QT and one other mechanic that seemed basically like a townslipghug wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 5:29 amThis is mostly where I sit, but there's a little voice in the back of my head wondering why the lack of filter and lack of knowledge haven't given us a straight up townslip yet.Durga wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:02 amI feel like it's more the way she says stuff and the lack of filter and the lack of knowledge like - there's been no coaching from N1 to n3 yknow?Fluminator wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:01 amFTR, I like Doom, but she hasn't really done anything that is super townie yet.
