I think if Worcej and Bona are telling the truth Chaqa is probably the Cop. Why they didn´t RB Bona if Chaqa is scum and they think Bona is a PR?

I think there's a scenario where this happened with scum Chaqa. It seemed clear after yesterday that we weren't going to kill him for a while without a counterclaim, meaning that his progression to the endgame is viable. If they think there's a decent chance they hit the real cop in damo, even moreso. Then they can't kill him because he's theirs and they can't leave him unRBed because it's not believable, so they take the middle ground.

That´s a viable explanation but you need to beliebe Mafia was pretty sure Damo was the cop and I don´t see reasons to be that sure either as town or Mafia.
I don´t see any decent Mafia team taking such a big risk to keep scum Chaqa alive with a huge chance there is a Cop still alive.

I mean, they don't have to. If role block and kill can't be on different players, they can't go for two for one on maybe hitting cop with role block and getting lucky. Cop doesn't have to claim until they're worried night kill will hit them, or Day kill will. Though, if Mafia keep cop hunting, a real cop would have to cc today I guess? Otherwise it will hit?

Real cop does not have to counter claim day 1 or 2. Because if Mafia starts throwing role blocks randomly, to try and catch cop, Chaqa has to fake a scan That's possible n2, but not really n1, and if it happens n2, it'll be on doctor instead. But if y'all are right that Mafia nk are aiming for cop, Cop should claim tonight, because the kill will likely find the cop soon.

Pretty interesting night. If Worcej claim is true (and I believe it is) he deserves the MVP even if town end losing. It´s a really wild guess to save Bona. What makes me believe more Worcej is that I can´t see a Universe where Bozo choose to save the Miller claimant, it makes no sense at all. But this was already discussed.

Maybe giving the Joat or Oracle another option is better then just killing scum Bozo, but somehow I don´t think it will happen, people want scum blood, lol.

Also, sorry for being absent. I didn´t read anything from the night, so if I miss something really important please tell me. I read everything of D3 until now and will try to participate more, but can´t really guarantee this.

Bozo and I can't both be telling the truth. He is mechanically not scum if all claimed saved are accurate.

More than a little tinfoil, but I wonder if snowy is mad about how I'm doing my scans because there was an argument in the scum QT about the RB me, kill Bona plan vs. perhaps a kill me, RB Bona plan and they argued I would need to be roleblocked because I was going to scan snowy.

There was literally zero reason to believe Bona was a power role. He was a universal townread, and the discussion centered on which power role was getting shot, so they tried to next level by accelerating Bona's date with death a few days, hoping to fade the Doc save and extend bozo's lease on life.

And then they got fucking clowned by worcej.

I mean, it's quite possible, as sometimes crazy shit happens in night phases, but there's a lot of leaps that make me begin to doubt the worcej situation.

If scum!worcej was already receiving near-universal belief, and bona looked good to us too for pushing on Bozo, wouldn't reinforcing this with this play tonight be basically free and guranteed to buy them major towncred?

That said, the Oracle and JOAT mean this would be a short-lived benefit, as eventually they would likely get caught and go 2-for-1 against Bozo.

Something else that occurred to me: it's most definitely not free to reinforce the frame here. If they no-killed to set up bozo, then they gave us an extra miskill, which means that us miskilling bozo is just paying for itself rather than actually advancing mafia's position. Giving us an extra miskill is a huge price to pay to further force along a conclusion that was increasingly becoming inevitable anyway, and without exposing Bona either.
