Why does tracker have to wait till EON to reveal info. Why not immediately? What difference?

I suggest Town/everyone does the following:

(1) Analyse everything Peter and Vecna said and did N4 and D5.
(2) Analyse what happened D4.
(3) Analyse how the 6 remaining players voted through the game.
(4) Draw conclusions from all that with higher priority to the more recent information.
(3) Post those conclusions EON just before 5pm (ie 4:59pm) so that NK is none the wiser.

NK will kill a Townie. This way he is going blind against 5 Townies with no idea who is targeting him D6.

Exactly. With no new information, NK is choosing one of 5 with no idea about how Town votes tomorrow.

If Town says clearly in that 4:59pm message their order of lynching, hopefully we will have a clear majority we can discuss.

Yes. If the last scum was going to kill him anyway, we see his reads. If scum was not planning to kill him it is too late to respond. I would actually suggest we all post a wall of text at night end (the tracker just includes the read info inside his wall of text) to make it even harder for the scum to make a last minute change of decision.

I have a busy workday today and not sure if I can build a detailed like Bismarck suggested, but I will post my reads.
Anyway, I don't think the last scum will target because of reads. He needs to target the Tracker, so this is why the Tracker need to be really careful on claiming. I suggest Tracker don't claim just post his reads with any town clear as the top town read, so if he is killed we have a clear and if not he is still undercover. Of course if he get a positive scan he should claim as it's game over even if scum try to counter claim.
