I'm thinking that the rdr I remember is tired, and expects to die early either from miskill or nightkill. Tries to show up and coral the town a little, and puts in effort, but is busy in real life.

I guess I'm missing the first part of that in this game, and the second part feels faker.

There were 13 minutes between EOD and worcej’s post. He made a brief comment saying he was around a minute before the deadline. I do not think there is abt evidence supporting the assumption that he wrote that post during the day phase.

And I feel like a broken record, but indignation and self-righteousness are not scum indicative, especially from worcej. I think the post points toward him wanting credit for being right, not towncred.
