Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
The cop should only claim when absolutely necessary with a factional RB. The timing of Chaqa's claim suggests he cared more about not getting DKed than getting scans in.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:06 amChaqa saying he was ready for a claim 6 hours before EOD is less towny than he thinks. What cop plans to claim? What was he going to do if someone else had claimed cop?President Eden wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 4:46 amNo point, it would be trivial to remake it, and by necessity it could just be a screenshot from an earlier time, or edited to look like one.
I kind of doubt you'd actually go to the effort of faking a screenshot, but you could, and I also think this is borderline so I'd rather not make reading you about something like that.
I acknowledge it's a silly thing to press anyway, it just caught my attention.

I was just using the bot. There is a reference on there (Updated Mafia Scoresheet) but it has not been updated for a while.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:22 amDo you have a spreadsheet somewhere with all historical game data? This is very impressive.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 6:12 amM1012:
This is going back further, but the 4 (previous) games I have reference are the last 4 games I have played where Jamie was mafia.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Fri Jun 19, 2020 11:01 am##VOTE BOZOTHECLOWN
Bozo is just skimming the surface this game, dipping in a few times during the phase and reacting to or questioning things which he saw on the current page when he logged in.
He's making no effort to read the whole game even though the amount of activity is very low. For example he didn't post between pages 4 and 7. When he re-appeared on page 7, he only questioned or reacted to things posted on that page, nothing from pages 5 or 6 including a direct question which I asked him, that he ignored or did not notice.
As well as just apparently skimming the surface, there's no sign of Bozo's usual desire to investigate the mechanics of the game and use them to try to sort people.
Very unlike his usual self. He has been town the last few times I've played with him but something is different here.
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
He wants to add a second column with number of posts. To try and differentiate between low activity people and high activity/low voter people.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:40 amI am not sure I know what you are asking, but I do not know of a way to update this without manually checking the bot.TheFlyingBoat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 8:08 amIs there a good way to control for activity here? This is actually a potentially interesting analysis if we can do it in a proper way. Part of me doubts it because i feel like while mafia may be reticent to target too many town players, some town players may have a proclivity to stick to their guns when they think they have someone nailed which reduces the number of switches they may have.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 7:05 amWith the idea that the mafia might not want to scum read too many town players, I counted the number of different players everyone have voted for up to this point:

Chaqa: 9
damo: 7
Doom: 4

kgray: 9
lfischl: 3
PE: 11
rdrivera: 2

Vecna: 5

I am interested to see how well this statistic correlates to the mafia.

That is a partial explanation of 1 person who's not even on your wagon. Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
I apologize in advance for doing the thing I hate where I post as I catch up. But I'm going to do it anyway.
Bonatogether comes across very towny to me at EOD1 - wanting to not kill jasnah until she says more seems like a very towny mindset.
If Bona is scum and Jasnah is town, bona would probably not see the need to defend jasnah here.
If Bona is scum and Jasnah is scum, I don't think Bona would pick this line of defense as it forces jasnah to come up with a good explanation of her play as scum which would be tough. It could incriminate scum jasnah more and thus make Bona look worse.
Regardless of jasnah's alignment, I think Bona is likely town

In that sequence, you were talking about how scum jamie behaves with regards to you, which you cite as a pattern if voting. This is not very useful because Jamie is not voting you, and you hadn't looked at his town games then, but now you have.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:50 amWhat do you think I am arguing?Bonatogether wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:46 amThat is a partial explanation of 1 person who's not even on your wagon. wtf is this post right after EOD?worcej wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 10:13 pmDo you know what a job is? EOD is @ 3:00 PM for me. I have meetings where I cannot be around explicitly play exactly how you want. I was watching via my cell under the table so that my damn boss didn't get pissed at me![]()
Honestly - I hope scum do us a favor and kill you tonight. You're grinding my gears with your play style right now.
Also - well done all you 'super smart scum hunting people' who wanted to play the game instead of let mechanics drive the game - you forced the cop to claim. Top-notch scum hunting by the likes of you incredibly 'skilled' players this time around. For all the negativity that gets talked about our ability to scum hunt, you all contribute to that bad opinion with your egotistical methodologies.
Can you 'skilled players' take a moment to reflect on your absolutely horrible play and check your egos at the door this next phase?
Rant over. Time to go finish work so that I can gtfh.
