I really don’t have any opinion on chaqa’s alignment. The things you’re pointing out just seem like chaqa things, I don’t associate them specifically with scum!chaqa.

What were you testing and why didn't this vote show up on the bot as an invalid vote?Fluminator wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 11:26 pm##Vote Flyingboat

There was some discussion about mafia games and I could not find a record of the games here. It is not necessarily important to this game, but it seemed that some of the early votes for Bonatogether were a result of something coming out of the diplomacy games.Vecna wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 9:50 amWhy ask this question? Even if you could prove the statement is a lie, why does it matter?
(it was virtual f2f)

I'm deeply concerned by the fact that you're not only PR hunting but brazenly revealing that you're doing so. Why would you ever present your town read on me as specifically VT? Don't do that.damo666 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 7:45 amObservations so far:
Sabi as vocal newb very likely town
PE obvtown
Durga TV
Jamie absent
Worcej strangely makes his list announcement redundant by it's very announcement (could be a dk candidate)
Flum scum or bad
Doom ?
Chaqa tad off
Tfb suspicious

What part of BesharamSabi's statement were you saying was not true?

The exact thing they said, that they’ve never seen me be this buddy buddy with bona.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:40 pmWhat part of BesharamSabi's statement were you saying was not true?

So you are saying BesharamSabi has seen this before, despite his statement? Did you take this as BesharamSabi suggesting you might be pocketing Bonatogether?kgray wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:42 pmThe exact thing they said, that they’ve never seen me be this buddy buddy with bona.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:40 pmWhat part of BesharamSabi's statement were you saying was not true?

##GM NOTE
The rule document is still correct. There is a factional mafia roleblock.
Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
I'm just gonna put my vote in. Without any actual information, it's pretty impossible for me to bother scum-reading. (plus, all the mafia people know who's town, and I'm thinking it's pretty easy for them to railroad a towny, and none of us would even know).
## no vote
I do have a question-Why is it when people do role claim, they do so somewhat ambiguously? Are we just hoping people don't notice? Seems like that hurts town more than helps them, b/c only one mafia person has to notice that, and can share with rest of Mafia, but any town people who don't notice just don't know

So, I just don´t have time to read the 15 or something pages I am missing (15-22 and 27-34). Anything I really need to know?

Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
So I’ve thought about how to approach this game a little more and here is where I’m at.
1) normally I have a list of people I will never try to wagon D1 because I think they are good town players and D1 is such a guess that you should kill someone who could be scum but also won’t help a ton as town. I think the opposite is true this game - we should be targeting people who are good as scum, because with limited information our best hope is to keep people around who struggle as scum. We should be targeting players with strong scum games. For example, I think Jamie is easy to read as either alignment, so I do not think he should be targeted early here. ghug I would normally not think about on D1 but would be a logical D1 wagon in this setup.
I truly believe we need chaos at the end of days. Information is so limited that scum don’t need to bus so it’s more difficult to trap them into wagons on their teammates. Flash wagons eliminate scum influence and potentially give us connections between players.
At least for the first few days that’s how I think it should go. Hopefully after that we can have some scans, and town flips from night kills to actually have some information to them analyze early EOD wagon movement.

That is why I think no kill is a bad idea. It protects PRs, but if we have no wagons, cop town scans aren’t nearly as valuable. And it’s likely cop outs at some point with several town scans and no guilty scans.

And how do you feel about using a hammer to get more chaos?Tom Bombadil wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:32 pmSo I’ve thought about how to approach this game a little more and here is where I’m at.

Re: M70 - THE BASKIN-ROBBINS CONSPIRACY [HIDDEN]
im actually surprised the usual suspects havent talked about a massclaim yet.
It might be boring as fuck (and im not advocating it whatsoever), but this is actually the very best type of setup to massclaim, to completely take away the possibility for mafia to fakeclaim down the line and get a guaranteed victory by lucking out on killing a PR and then claiming it later, along with some false results. It takes away the horrendous scenario where we have a cop vs cop claimfiesta, along with results, and we have no idea of knowing which results are real and which are fake. It takes away the EoD fakeclaim-save on a scum thats about to get killed. And it reduces every VT's odds of finding scum to 4/15.
Having said all that, fuck you, we aint doing it, because boring and all. But its sort of telling that certain people have not even thought of this line of logic, and done their usual thing of superior reasoning and poor convincing.
