This interaction makes me think Tom's looking to discredit Hamilton's townread of Maniac:

Yeah, I dunno. I don’t know Kak very well I don’t have a read on if he would vote a scumbuddy like that. I mean, it’s fairly low risk though - so I don’t know I’d give a ton of towncred for it.

And his dismissal of Kak voting for Maniac as being an indicator of town!Maniac is sketch. I don't see why Tom would bother interacting with this conversation at all if Maniac is his teammate.

That could just be scum distancing. There was little doubt that Tom was going to be the next DK when he posted that.

What happened to you being suspicious of anyone claiming the cop item because celaph could have been crumbing it?

As I said, that is still a possibility, definitely something to keep in mind if the last scum is more hidden that it seems.

Also, there is apparently item information that snowy and damo have not revealed yet that may help determine the probability of the mafia getting the cop item from celaph.

I should add that I think the mafia might have received the gun from celaph.

I've not read anything, do not plan to go back and read very much, and after the next few hours I will have very little time to read anything.

I will start with the opposite, the towncore is Damo, Bob, Snowy, me and Vecna. I think Macca is also town, but a really misguided one.

So, I think scum are between Bozo, Food, Jamiet and you, in this order. HB and Maniac are my top 3P candidates at this point.

Food being scum makes D1 votes really dumb though....

Mulling over Tom’s HB is 3P claim.

I’m essence Tom is saying the Hooker or their investigator tried to kill 3P or bullet proof HB while the hooker RB snowy. He says they were unlucky to hit 3P/Bulletproof AND also unlucky that stay-at-home Godfather got roleblocked. That’s more than unlucky. But Tom does come across as being mad, he calmly tells us that HB is 3P. My question is why didn’t they check HB was 3P with their investigator and report those results?

Scum!Tom’s only motivation here is to get someone who isn’t Mafia DK. If HB happens to be 3P, they’d be happy, but I suspect they would be just as happy if HB flips town and then town have to seriously look for 3P the following day. It all helps scum wincon.

Seeing people suggest that Tom B was lying about Hamilton being 3P, I've just had a re-read of Hamilton's posts and this one stood out to me:

My item will not clear me as it could have been placed in all three alignments. However, it is what it is, and I hope the transparency I offer will up some towncred.

I had the corn salsa. I was the tracker. And I'm dumb shit.

N1 I gave the salsa to ghug and got a report back they they didn't travel anywhere.

N2 I opted to save it.

N3 I used it again. I started by giving it to Foodcoats. I had already determined earlier to use it between Food and Bozo. After reading a bit more, and seeing some of the concerns wrt Bozo vs Food, I then gave it to Bozo. Finally, after reading brain's piece about the items, I thought it was disingenuous and switched to them at the very last minute.

The result I got in my PM is that Brainbomb did not visit anyone.

Now seeing that there have been no kills the past 2 nights, it probably would have been better to hold on to it an try to outwait mafia. I don't know.

Sorry to not be of more help. I feel like I wasted an item.

@Hamilton: Were you saying here that you thought Mafia didn't try to kill anyone on those nights? How could you assume that, if so? Or, did you know the answer....?

It's also very convenient to be able to claim that you visited a dead guy (Ghug) and he didn't go anywhere, isn't it?

Kak must have served him N1 I guess. Question is why serve a non teammate?
I feel i now have to disclose my info on Bob. I know he is vegan which is and item that can't start with Mafia so Bob cannot be kak's teammate unless somebody gave Bob Sofritas in which case they should say immediately.

Maybe kak served Bob chips to either frame Bob or to get towncred later on in the game once it was revealed.
