I did not say "he must be 3P 100%". The only certain thing from my perspective at the time was that Ghug was lying. That was clear to me because I had the item he was claiming. I then theorised that this suggested he was the 3P.

As you can see from the original post, I very much said I was guessing, not that I was 100% sure:
