Damo666 - D1 parks vote on Peter, and D2 parks vote on Peter. D2 “dares” yav and teacher to vote peter and later tells bozo to vote peter. Pushing for the peter mislynch (assuming we aren’t wrong about peter being town) over the teacher lynch. As far as his non-vote posting goes, it isn’t good. He has one post of his reads, but doesn’t explain any of them, and hedges them saying that we have nothing concrete to go on. Notably his scumleans are Teacher, Yav, Peter, Worcej, and Bozo, which he earlier had explained was due to the voting pattern. After D2, posts that everything is confusing and changes his scum reads to Flash, Bismarck. Quickly corrects his scumread of Flash. He is either scum, or a misguided lazy town.
Jamiet99uk: He posts a lot. His cop claim was weird. His unvote was scummy. Seeing BB troll him has become my favorite thing this week. Seriously though, I have a hard time placing high volume posters. Too much to sift through. One thing that caught my attention was the reads list N2. He put yav as his top town read. At the same time that mafia/sk decided to kill yav. Convenient. Especially when his only other real content on yav was on page 62/63 when he indirectly says that yav is scum in response to brainbomb. He also seems more fixated on finding the SK than mafia. You know who wants to find the SK: mafia. You know who wants to falsely paint others as the SK: the SK. Either way, it’s scummy.
Vecna: Yeah, likely town for me now. There is no way that everyone on the peter wagon is scum, and vecna seems like the most genuine in his vote on peter. He hasn’t been playing in a way that I like, but the way he interacted with teacher and peter has me changing my mind on him. That means that all my d2 scumreads were likely wrong.

Why is rivera so towny...?

This is your tldr on your top scumread?
Seems rather unconvinced, and unconvincing.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Rdrivera would be just barely on the scummy side of null for me. I haven't done a full iso on him yet. His voting is one of the biggest plusses for me with him, though.
Why is he so scummy for you? Mostly just his lurking?
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Rivera always rolls scum. Its just simply a fact that rngjesus is empowered by the
Cristo Redentor.
Thus rivera cant roll town. Or something

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
1. Implies those 3 are potential modkillsBismarck: HA. Null, but am not happy there is a leading wagon here since it’s a waste when it could be a modkill. My vote is moving, and I encourage others to do likewise.
Bozo: More active than our last game, but primarily mechanical so far. Don’t disagree with mechanical thoughts. Null-town pending answers to my previous questions.
Brain: Ive talked about him too much already. The meta dive made it seem like his posting here was even more “brainy” than his normal game in either alignment, but certainly more than M30 as scum. @DrCJG – what game in particular did you think it was similar to? Still inclined to townlean based on what felt like genuine vitriol rather than OMGUS.
Damo: modkill, but same as he was as VT in newb game.
Demon: modkill, but different than he was as VT in M36.
2. His RHK explanation and damo explanation doesnt feel right.
3. One of damo or squiggs is mafia here -- Not bismark
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I fail to see teacher describing 3 tiwn as people to ignore because theyd be modkills.
Seems suspect.
I also dont think he wiuld use that same thing on two buddies either.
So one scum is in bismark, squiggs, damo.

I usually believe on roleblocks because there is little incentive for scum to hold a roleblock to fake claim it. It draw attention and doesn't give much town credit, so it's usually better to use the roleblock. I don't believe your claims, same way I don't believe you are the Doc.

I was not RBed. I see a few players mentioned they were not saved, but remember in this setup you will not receive a message if you are doc or JOAT saved.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I was reading ND on page 1 very closely and was unable to find anything on RB messages.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Wed Jul 18, 2018 6:05 amI was not RBed. I see a few players mentioned they were not saved, but remember in this setup you will not receive a message if you are doc or JOAT saved.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I did have a reason to think that teacher was not scum, it seemed to me he was trying to solve the game. I believe the reason you think I was defending teacher more than everyone else not voting for him is because I was questioning you about your scum read, because I initially did not follow what you were saying about him and I was trying to understand the reason for your read.DoubtingThomas wrote: ↑Tue Jul 17, 2018 11:48 pm
As I have questioned Teacher2 and he failed to answer me straight, my suspicion of him grew and grew. Then, Bozo chimed in, and it surely looked like Bozo was trying to defend Teacher2 without any reason to NOT think Teacher2 is a scum.
I changed my vote from peter to teacher after teacher claimed to be a PR but did not give his exact role, followed by peter claiming doc, followed by teacher claiming vet. I considered peter's claim to be more believable since he claimed his role, and teacher could have been protecting against a counter claim by not specifying his role until he had to answer peter's claim. Vecna and brainbomb had just tried to start counter wagons on Bismarck and Jamie, but with only 2 minutes until EOD and most votes still on peter and teacher, I thought it would come down to those two.By this point, I am thinking Bozo and Teacher2 is a CLEAR scum, and BOZO HAS STILL FAILED TO EXPLAIN THIS BEHAVIOR. A third person looking at him will 100% of the time think that Bozo's last minute change of vote on Teacher2 is a futile attempt to bus him, as it looked clearer that Teacher2 was becoming a primary lynch target.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I thought that teacher and peter were both more likely town than scum, which is why my first vote was for worcej to make the vote 5-4-3. When I was the only one left not voting for teacher or peter, I voted for peter over teacher because I thought peter was more likely between them to be scum, and since peter was a wagon on D1, his lynch would provide more information. My vote for peter also made the vote 8-7 instead of 8-6, so it gave anyone on teacher the opportunity to change the lead wagon. When Jamie unvoted 5 minutes later, it did look suspicious. Although leaving the vote tied could be a town move to see if anyone would flip from either wagon, as Jamie later justified his action, I think he was waiting to see if anyone would move from teacher to peter so he would not be the one to put peter ahead. Instead, brainbomb switched from peter to teacher, which resulted in the sequence of claims. Although I had not previously suspected teacher, I though teacher's claim was significantly more likely to be a fake claim, so I switched to teacher. I did not think at the time that there were "better places to go", because Vecna and brainbomb had tried to start different wagons on Bismarck and Jamie, leaving the vote 7-6-1-1 with only 2 minutes to go, so I thought it was unlikely we had time to make the lynch anyone other than teacher or peter. However, I was watching the votes switch to Jamie and I would have been willing to switch also if my vote would have put Jamie over teacher, but time ran out before I could consider the votes by flash and Squigs, which turned out to be too late anyway.Foxcastle wrote: ↑Tue Jul 17, 2018 7:43 pmBozo—Possibly scum. I still don't like the lynch of thedipplayer on Day 1, which he joined pretty early, and I like even less his progression from a town read of Teacher just over an hour out from the lynch. Has to clarify that he's not defending teacher 39 minutes out. 15 minutes out says that he has made it clear he suspects Peter more than Teacher. But then swaps his vote onto Teacher at the last minute, citing the more specific PR claim. If he didn't want to risk Peter's PR claim, and he didn't suspect Teacher, there were better places for him to go than back to Teacher. It certainly seems like Jamiet could have been an option, given how little Bozo has said about him. (And Bozo is currently scumreading Jamiet for the unvote 24 minutes out. Certainly, I think that's enough time for Bozo, who is observant and calculating, to take that into account for a last minute vote change, but maybe it wasn't in all the chaos, so it's worth noting, but also not quite reasonable to judge in hindsight...)

##GM NOTE:
@Peterlund: I am not sure exactly what you mean, but a roleblock works like it does in any other game. When a player is roleblocked they will receive a private message stating they were roleblocked. I hope this clears up confusion.

IT'S A FUCKING JOKE YOU FUCKING RETARD
you fucking "joking" around 1 min before vote ends and people start to vote you
or me fucking copying what flash said 1 hour AFTER d1 lynch happened
WHICH ONE LOOKS MORE LIKE A MOTHERFUCKING JOKE?
The more this goes on, the more suspect you are. One of your main reasons for scumreading me is that with less than 0 seconds to go during EoD2, I quipped "I'm the Cop" when everyone knows there isn't a cop. This is apparently a "policy lynch" offence, yet you are allowed to make jokes about your reads on people's alignments. Why is it ok for your actions to be brushed off as "A JOKE" but not mine?
And then we have the fact that you just want us to disregard your posts for the first 44 pages because none of it was sincere. It's ok to mess around for the first two or even three pages. You think it's ok to ask us to just ignore everything you posted for the first 44 pages of the game. That's more than 50% of the entire passage of the game, but for some reason we aren't allowed to look at what you said during that time, or question you on it, because you think you get to go 44 pages and then wipe the slate clean and start again. Well guess what - no you don't. It's extremely sketchy of you to assume that you can.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Interesting. Im at the complete opposite transition.Squigs44 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 17, 2018 9:14 pmAlright guys. I did an iso on the interactions between teacher, worcej, and bb, thinking they were a scum team. I no longer think they are a scum team. The level and type of interactions between them gives me more of a town lean on BB, and I'm less sure of my worcej scum read. For now my vecna read is probably highest for scum. Damo and bismarck are also possibilities.
