It was some pretty poor use of it id say, regardless of what alignment activated it. If it was activated at 54 as the mod seemed to suggest, that was right after Food made a reappearance and voted for Kaka.

The queso is not on the list of the 3P item, so I dont think theres -much- harm in claiming it, besides maybe narrowing down the poe pool of the other items down the line?

I think it was a very good use of the item. Kakarroto was in the lead with 9 minutes to go, but the vote was still close. Also, it used the item before it fell into the wrong hands.

If the holder of the item claims, he will be in line for the NK, so I do not think it helps. He can claim if he ever is at risk of the DK.

If we assume 3p was on te Bona wagon it can only be Snowy Bob or Maniac.

Snowy could have moved off kak late to disguise his 3p-ness, Maniac was talking a lot about 3p so maybe that was cover, Bob is the least likely of the 3.
