Quite frankly, I was confused by the item copy flavor which stated something along the lines of "everyone will be notified that the phase will end in 5 minutes", which I only revisited to clear my own confusion after Chaqa's reply to learn that this is only for the copy, not the regular item.

Further, a normal hammer does not have a 5 minute delay.
