Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
@Jamie: What do you think of two of your four numbers going at it?
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
@Peter: What's interesting about my SK slip?
Why is Bismarck scum other than his vote? Same for Damo?

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Seriously! Do you really think anyone here buys this story of yours? Already in our first game together M36, you were showing off with Mafia Lingo no-one here had been using and we quarreled about it there a bit. You were also showing off a extremely dedicated approach to the game of Mafia. I got really impressed, I have to confess. Everything about you tells me that you are a real mafia-pro that know EXACTLY what you are doing and saying in every phase of the game.
Sorry but this shit does not fool me. And your desperate attempt to explain it away is so hollow. Sorry, but I do not think anyone here buys it. Bye, bye Teacher. I will be truly honored if I get the chance to play you in the next game! I hope you will be there. :)
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Fair enough. As I said, I have to head offline, but we both have our reads. A pleasure either way.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I think you were referring to Vecnas "possible" SK slip. Is this not correct? Yes that I found very interesting.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
If he is scum isn't he trying too hard though...especially on a day 2? Since he has been pushing your lynching so hard with such certainty if he is wrong he lines himself up for a lynching day 3.peterlund wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 7:11 pmSeriously! Yes you are correct. And I am asking what you think - to actually say something with content rather than just "interesting".
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Actually -- this one annoys me. I tried to sort you yesterday once I got suspicious. You are the one who insisted on waiting til the edge of day, not me.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
So BB and Jamie both pointed this out on their posts a little before this one, and here again, although flash isn't necessarily agreeing with them, they are all in agreement that it is very suspicious to have the sudden change in the tide to vote theDip.flash2015 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 14, 2018 3:54 pmYou don't read posts which aren't about you, do you? Peter was supposedly scum because he suggested the back and forth between you and Jamie was an act (i.e. you were both scum). Then he was pronounced "not scum" because he didn't panic when he became the top wagon.brainbomb wrote: ↑Sat Jul 14, 2018 3:19 pmND wrote: ↑Fri Jul 13, 2018 7:58 pmVote Count

GM NOTE:
Please remember to read the rules regarding voting. This is my reminder and warning. All players must vote and voting rules are stated in the game start post.
There is one hour and two minutes left in the phase. Also remember that the phase will be ended in accordance to time.is and that clock.
Part 1
Can someone reiterate why Peterlund both became a wagon and evaporated?
This makes me suspicious of teacher who abandoned this to join me on yav. And id venture a guess that if leter and yav both flip town, teacher is scum.
I personally believe that the reasoning for peter to be scum was slim...but I don't believe that once on the wagon Peter not panicking was enough to now decide he wasn't scum (I am sure he has played enough games to know not to panic) and choose another $RANDOM target.
Though the final choice wasn't horrible as thedipplayer wasn't making much of an effort anyway.
Teacher's explanation of voting theDip who is a lurker is very weak, as he claims there was 30 minutes left and he wanted to 'break the wagon' while quickly changing reads on peter who he has been pushing for a long time.
##VOTE Teacher2
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Being the SK fits very well together with my observation that Vecna is a lazy thread reader. Putting one and one together makes it even more interesting.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I do not know our time zone. It would be more effective if you say X number of hours before deadline...

It's possible yes. I just finished my gym session and have to read up on the last three pages of action. More soon.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I think it's scummy as all hell that you posted this appeal to me presumably in the hope of gaming some credit with me if Peter flips scum?
Have you ever heard of this thing called "bussing"?
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Interesting that Peter's wagon is very similar to how it was EOD1 before the migration to thedipplayer

I think it might be interesting to ##Vote Teacher2
NOTE that this does not mean I'm suddenly convinced Brain is town. Although he has calmed down and started playing the game instead of fucking around and having random temper tantrums.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I am still undecided on peter, he does not look great, but he has been under a lot of pressure and he has not responded in a way that seems his primary goal is avoiding the lynch. His lynch would provide some information about the D1 voting, and I think he is a scum possibility, so I do not think he would be a bad lynch.
teacher seems town to me, and even though he might be very capable of looking like town as scum, I do not think he should be lynched now.
I still find worcej suspicious, I am going to put my vote on him for now as an alternative to peter.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
It'd be extremely easy to fake a lot of scumreads in this game with so many lurking and new players.
