Vecna is playing subpar but even him is agreeing with this and saying that´s to avoid being NKed early (which is a lame explanation by the way, as you should play to help your team and not to avoid being killed, but I can see where he is coming from).

Easy

i) scum aren't gonna waste a NK on me when i can self heal
ii) leaving me alive creates suspicion

2. Why wasn't I jailed?

This is more problematic.

Maybe they have a cop read on worcej and thought that it was more useful to them to jail him rather than me (together with the resultant confusion) [worcej clearly isn't cop btw, scum can have that for free but I suspect they have worked it out!]

OR (and I'm increasingly believing this may be the case)

Worcej is the jailer and is fake claiming.

3. Why no poison kill?

Either

i) HR held because he was unsure
ii) Shambler was the target
iii) I was the target and healed

Obviously I know whether it was iii or not but equally obviously I'm not going to say.

4. Why am I delaying my N1 action info?

Obviously I don't want scum to know whether I used HEAL or not. Incidentally worcej pushing this point adds to my suspicion he is the jailer.

I was thinking about the jailing. At first there was no reason to disbelieve him (I know I wasn't jailed and I assume any other jailee would cc) but it makes perfect sense for scum to hold the jailing and then one of them claim to be jailed [goon maybe rather than jailer but no matter]. This coupled with worcej's hard push on me, an un-cc'd PR, also wanting me to prematurely reveal my N1 result is very untownlike. Now worcej is usually very townlike to the point of obvtowning. He is off kilter and I think he is scum getting a bit carried away with his plan.

I agree with you that Damo play looks a lot like catched scum and not a PR that is going to be miskilled. But what is the point on ending now just to get an extra long night and give an excuse to at least three people that aren´t even voting?

Two things about this train of thought:

If you are the JOAT and scum believe that, why would they jail someone pushing you? The only reason that target makes sense to jail is if they are PR hunting with it.

Most of all, if you are JOAT and scum is banking on baiting your heal, there is NO reason to holster the jailing. They are at what, ~20% of blinding hitting a PR there by their estimation?

Counter to #1 - All of these could've been accomplished while also jailing you. The same level of suspicion is created regardless if you were jailed or not and your action would've been wasted if you were jailed or not.

Counter to #2 - Jailing you prevents any other actions you may end up doing other than heal. My conclusion is you were not jailed because you're the sniper and your hidden partners were PR hunting.

No counter to #3 - These are all possible outcomes, though I am inclined to think #2 was actually carried out.

Counter to #4 - Town!Damo always info dumps out and is wise to possible death. You're a unclaimed PR in a setup where scum have a day kill. If I was the scum daykiller, I would've shot you early this phase just to make sure you're dead. This hasn't happened and I believe it's because you're the sniper.
