I hadn't thought of that. But what would be the point?

This type of posturing with lists of strong reads is something you love to do as scum though
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
time to buy some handguns
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
It isn't a list of reads. It's a list of live players who are not quasi town clear (worcej) and not our only unexposed PR.

I don't know about that, but their point does stand, doesn't it? Perp has been riding a wave of...I don't know how to describe it. It reminds me of a child with ADD wanting me to watch their one bad impression over, and over, and over.Vecna wrote: ↑Thu May 20, 2021 9:04 amCelaph is weird this gamecelaph wrote: ↑Thu May 20, 2021 6:31 amThis is a no good very bad post. What made you exclude who you did off of that list?

I'll admit, I'm not too sure on Damo anymore, but I think there are better options to get going.

Some of y'all are writing mean (read: scumreads) things about him, but not doing anything. Act to your word, or die by it.

@Macca, continuing my train of thought, it's like you're falling in the trap of "you people." You people are saying bad things. You people need to act.
What do you think is so awful about ghug?

Basically reiterating what I asked above; what's so bad about ghug?

Ifischl is really absent.
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
Mulling over damo's aliveness, it is very odd that scum jailed worcej and not the JOAT, because they would know no matter what it was a coinflip if damo self-heals or does an action and that they might have their killer tracked - which, even though a low possibility, is very bad, and they have the complete power to neuter damo. damo also was acting more of a funny-man D1 than I think he usually does, he did the "shoot the parrot" thing, and although I initially thought that scum would have little reason to make a fakeclaim D1 even if they're on the block, worcej made a really good point that the JOAT claim has extra value because, if damo is scum, both the JOAT and the cop might counter. Also, if damo is the Jailor or the Sniper and not the Shambler or the Goon, hard-saving himself is very worthwhile.
But irrespective of all this, there is absolutely no reason to daykill damo, as others have already said. We can expect he will either be killed or counterclaimed shortly. Also, damo, you should reveal any information you have at EON.
I like some of the things that President Eden has said after all. I'm following my gut a bit more this game, as analysis really failed me and town last time, so I want to:
##VOTE lfishscl
P.S. I really don't like how ghug equated the damo situation to the dargo situation from last game because it was extensively discussed there how the wolf might want to help town, but scum might've left darg opened for eating... and I guess I just expect ghug to be savvy with roles, because he generally seems to be. So it seems a lazy handwave of, "oh, it's weird, but it doesn't matter, because we've seen it before," when in fact I think it's pretty bizarre the scum didn't jail a known PR over trying to pin the poisoner or the cop.

Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
This is manifestly false because you have only listed 9 players but there are 15 players. If you exclude you and worcej you should list 13 players who could be DKed, no?
Why are you excluding another 4? Who else is quasi town clear to you and why?
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
The problem with this is, damo claimed he is the JOAT when he was on the block yesterday. There are multiple ways scum could've thought through and played this scenario with JOAT!damo and jailed!worcej, and at the very least I do not know how they made their decisions, because I'm not scum. To just send it because one of the possibilities is that damo fakeclaimed is very bad for town in my opinion. If damo is faking there are actually TWO players who are totally certain he is lying, so this will shake out. If he is the JOAT, he is forcing scum to play cat-and-mouse with him, and he might have information for us as well.President Eden wrote: ↑Thu May 20, 2021 9:17 amGhug you’re right that today’s vote on damo is kinda meh for information, I just think he’s probably mafia so I’m good going for it anyway. Plus I’m betting day 1 has some juicy data if he is mafia even if day 2 is a forced play. But that’s just like my opinion man
Vec you’re definitely right that mafia could have just made that play, I just think they didn’t. I think our meta rarely disrespects the possibility of a town PR doing some damage even if it’s low %. Like what if damo just watched HR? Why even take the risk when the jail is free. It’s all fairly low % but I just don’t think they would do it.
If damo is scum, there are still three other scum out there to catch, and we should try to do that today.
But that's just my opinion etc. etc.
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
Jamie made a really good point in the last game that one of the things scum actively try to do is create confusion, and we can't discount that that is what happened last night.
