I know. If BB has watched me for example and seen celaph visit me and BB has worked out who the doc/journo is, then BB has concluded celaph must be scum.

##GM Note
If the watcher watches Player A (including if that is themselves), and the driver drives Player A and Player B, the watcher will get a report seeing everyone who visited Player B. This will include the driver, because the driver visits both players.

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
So Brain did not visit Celaph. Is there more validity to Brain watching Vecna and seeing the person that killed them?
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Conspiracies are probably made already but I will take my chance before reading them.
This probably means his N1 target was celaph and he didn't find anything useful. This doesn't clear celaph at all. This is probably why brain also said that he would be killed because he was generally townread. I don't know if it's true, his wagon reached 3 votes near the end of D1. Maybe he was stalked? Even if it's true, this doesn't give us an idea about scum. I don't think there is much brain saw, unfortunately.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
If brain had watched Vecna he would have shouted from the rooftops.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Actually this message itself is enough for him to attract a NK. I don't know why he risked that saying this at night

So the Watcher: Your target will not be aware of your visit. At the end of the night, you will receive a report informing you of every player who visited that player during the night.
Cop self explanatory.
Journalist: At the end of the night, you will receive a copy of any & all system messages they receive at the end of the night.
Doctor explanatory.
Inventor pretty explanatory.
And are we here: no doctor/goon or no journalist/godfather?

So If Watcher watched themselves and no one visited them, would the watcher receive a report saying the Brainbomb had visited Brainbomb?
To everyone. If this is true then if BB was visited by the driver!Celaph he would get a report saying celaph has visited but NOT a report saying watcher had visited as that would've been switched. So BB COULD be certain celaph is scum.
I might not know how BB seems so certain but he seemed to be so I'm sticking with my vote on Celaph.

That is correct. From the Setup Document, this is the format of watcher reports:
Watcher/Binocular Report: During the night, you have witnessed (NOBODY/PLAYER A/PLAYER A + PLAYER B/PLAYER A + PLAYER B + PLAYER C/etc) visiting <NAME>.

Or maybe both, does warewolf then have to eaten the deceased corpse or do scum kill after the warewolf has gobbled him up?

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
How do I put this gently for my ego? Have you ever watched Abbot and Costello movies? I feel like I am Costello. Not the brightest; stumble across things looking for something else. I've only been scum once; went badly. I'm a town liability because I don't come across as hard town, and I really, really don't know how to make myself more obvious. So I think you are reading me exactly how everyone else, aside from scum, read me. Your reading is fine. I struggle with reads, permutations, what ifs, and asking the right questions.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 8:59 pm
Hamilton Brian - null, but not because of no data, he equally ticks town and mafia counts with his actions and I can't see behind him. Could that mean he's werewolf? Could that mean my reading ability is bad? I'm very interested to hear what he has to say right after EoD.
Why do I play when I am so bad? I enjoy it as a diversion, I hope I can get better, and when one gets to my age it's recommended we do more brain-building activities.
So, assume I am town. I am trying to hunt scum.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
@Maniac what are you talking about?
If he watched himself and got a report that celaph had visited he couldn't tell if celaph was driver or doc.

##vote HB No need to elaborateHamilton Brian wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 3:27 pmShower Thought:
Werewolf can't be nightkilled, right? So we're assuming Vecna was killed by the mafia. Is there a world where werewolf decides to help scum? Good guess at Vecna's role (maybe he crumbed something?) and someone with a wealth of experience playing with Vecna to pick it up?
So then mafia know who the werewolf is; they can't kill it, but could they guide it to effective daykills?
Just wondering...
I want to continue spending time rereading worcej and the numerous interactions but it is TOO nice outside. It'll be an intermittent task.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Is it safe to assume that PR kills are carried out by the mafia? It would be a bold move for the werewolf

No, please elaborate. Otherwise it's just a lazy... Yeah, I don't know what to call it.

Kakarroto isn't WW. Doesn't clear Kakarroto but that's a thing

That suggestion is more likely to come to a mafia member's head. Why would a townie think about how WW can help the scum?

Yes he could. HR has just confirmed that if BB watched himself is he told "BB visited BB"
But if Driver visits, he is told "BB visited Player C (the other person Driver visited) AND Celaph visited Player C.
