It could be that BB has worked out who the doctor or Journalist is and that's not Celaph, So when BB has seen celaph visit someone he has concluded he must be scum.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Honestly if Maniac is not yet the top wagon, I would look for scum on other wagons.

Might be something to hold on to. In a read with columns there's the assumption Maniac is werewolf (good daykill if so) who has struck out once or twice. Or not at all. Or Maniac is not the werewolf and we're back to where we started and maybe Maniac is still a good daykill.

I'm catching up, sorry for the absence last night
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
If this is true, I will take back what I said about Maniac wagon

What are the implications here? If this is connected to brain's comments about Darg's house, then driver does change, so what? If not, so what?

What is the confusion then; what about the Watcher role would make Celaph a negligible wagon?Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 9:39 pmYou don't know how a Watcher works either then, hmm?ghug wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 9:36 pmYeah I think this is my takeaway as well. ##VOTE celaphFluminator wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 9:21 pmBrain was quite clear he visited celaph N1 it seems looking at his crumbs.
And he was pretty rigid that celaph specifically was scum.
I think this seems pretty straightforward now that he's been killed and flipped PR.

SO both Jamie and Chaqa are having issues with the Watcher role, Celaph, and potential scumreads. What's the incorrect logic that's happening?
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
I don't think brain found out anything useful. All this speculation as who he watched and who may have visited them or their driver swap and what role they could be is not helpful. It is just muddying the waters.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Flum's initial read of it (that brain had visited celaph and seen him do something) was incorrect, and I piled on there. Chaqa and rd had it right initially, but were then too dense to realize that I did tooHamilton Brian wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 11:29 pmSO both Jamie and Chaqa are having issues with the Watcher role, Celaph, and potential scumreads. I feel like that's a big reach with all of the ifs.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 10:21 pm
Err, anyway, so either, there is no janitor or janitor is being saved. Or, janitor was used D1/D2 but roleblocked. Hmm hmm ... if janitor is actually saved that kinda makes me feel maf flum wanted to save janitor maniac, but that would be a very specific scenario.
We're down to setups 1, 3, and 5 now, right? If we're assuming there's truthfulness about the roleblocking, then 1 is out. That's not a guarantee to have town roleblocker.
If there's truth, then setups 3 and 5 are in play.
My head hurts.

Because he claimed Roleblock, but thinking about it it should've been obv that dargo was the mafia roleblock target so if Rdr was roleblocked it would be by town roleblocker. This does raise the possibility that he is the janitor. I'd be surprised if scum didn't try to janitor their kill (assuming it is their kill). They are leaking info to us and we almost have the full set up.

Read the fucking setup
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Assuming darg was scumRBd the only way 1 is in play is for both rdr and Jamie to be lying. I think this most unlikely and we can proceed with the assumption 1 is not in play.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 11:44 pmI feel like that's a big reach with all of the ifs.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 10:21 pm

Given Janitor in play I think either Jamie or rdr must be Janitor. We don't have to vote for either though, werewolf can consume.

Was there anything that made sense? I think they're like a mad scientist. Once the game is done then we go back over all his posts then slap our heads because of the brilliance of it all.Fluminator wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 10:52 pmI'm looking at brain's posts some more and his crumbs make no sense.
