Maniac continues to refuse to explain how he had suspicions of me, prior to my first post.

I will be voting for Maniac again tomorrow.
Jamie is, of course, entitled to a detailed explanation as to why I suspected him prior to making his first post. Indeed he is entitled to three possible explanations so he can choose which one is most likely.

(c) Joke Post
This option is based on the idea that you would make a joke post containing a faked scumread, on page 120, some way into D2.

Is that good and helpful townplay?

As for the rest of your post, go fuck yourself, you utter prick.
Didn't realize you took discussions of probability so seriously.

I thought we were gonna let him pretend for the day.

That was a clusterfuck of an EoD and I'm disappointed with all of you.
You didn't find Bona's EoD behavior awful?
What did you think was awful about it?
The reasonless defense of worcej, to his own personal detriment?

I think it was entirely reasonable to read something fishy in it in the moment.

You seemed to as well; why are you asking?

Brain, you’re not the werewolf, but if you were, you could guess ghug godfather. Either you chomp him or you confirm hes town
I'm offended that multiple people have suggested this. A townclear on day 3 is not useful. If I am the godfather, it's gonna be pretty damn obvious when I'm alive in a few days.
but if mafia thinks that town thinks that ghug is likely father, they would stay away from a nk. so they can throw even more doubt into the minds and make a miskill. if ghug is town.

Second part that I forgot to respond to - I think voting strong scum players out early is entirely acceptable for a D1 vote.
It's really not. It's no better than voting out players you think are "bad" as town.
Agreed with kgray here. I found this a weird statement to be made by worcej who is usually the champion of town-lives-and-dies-together. The general hypothesis being advanced is kgray=good-either-way so the logical town move is wait-and-see, but worcej is subtly advocating a kgray votekill.

Right. I'm all for suspicion of me. I suck. Didn't you see me just ram through a kill on a townie? I also don't think brain is the werewolf, so it's a moot point.

My issue is more with the principle of the thing. PR actions that generate information shouldn't be wasted on people about whom we already have information.

I'm noticing foodcoats keeps asking a lot of "would X player do this?" or "does Y player play like this as scum?" type questions, which to me seems like an easy way to make yourself look like you're hunting that pushes the work from you to others. I find it is a pretty common scum tactic.
I literally haven’t asked either of those questions. But perhaps you’re referring to my mental balancing of my worcej read. I’m getting a lot of scum vibes from him at the moment, moreso than usual I think, but I have to balance that with the fact I find worcej’s early-game style just generally scummy.

But again I’m pretty sure I was pontificating, not asking. I’m a drawer of conclusions, not an asker of questions.

telling players to fuck off, calling the community a bunch of shitheads. it all feels so ungraceful and inarticulate from a player who typically treats investigating like its a chill drive through a forest
I have literally never been described as "chill" in this game so I don't know where you get that from....

The shitheads comment was a tongue in cheek response to you using that term. Stop trying to mischaracterize me.

The reasonless defense of worcej, to his own personal detriment?

I think it was entirely reasonable to read something fishy in it in the moment.

You seemed to as well; why are you asking?
Yeah, the reasonless defense of worcej has been bothering me a lot and I did think it was extremely fishy in the moment. The "to his own personal detriment" part is what I'm now questioning.

It takes a lot of nerve to not flip on worcej when he was the tied wagon with 2 minutes left. It would have made more sense if they were scum partners, but I'm not sure scum!Bona stays off-wagon just for towncred when town!worcej dies.
