@Demon, way back in D1 you were talking about the Brain-Bona debate and offered a not-too-subtle reminder that it was revolving around Macca.
Was there enough happening there that you'd jump to a conclusion as to WHY that debate was happening? If it's for protecting a teammate, discussion would be steered in a different direction (hopefully for those teammates) or stuffed down directly a la "I've said all I'm going to say about that."
I just wonder how much sound and fury it was.

Yeah I chose to ignore his question and just talk about my general read. Your reply at least makes sense in that context

##CALL GM
I will be away for near all of N1. Do I have to meet the 1 post requirement? If yes, I'll make a pointless post in the early morning (at least for me).
I'll also be out until the second half of D2. You all were warned before I joined.
If you don't respond within the hour (fair enough), I will have gone to sleep, and will go with the "yes" plan.
Have a good one!
##GM Note: He has, and yes.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 3:51 pmManiac, Ghug, Foodcoats or Beancomb would be good votes today.
Probably in that order.
##CALL GM - has BelCavendishNy been nudged? Is there a sub if needed?

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
The brain vs. bona argument seemed very town-oriented earlier. I pointed it out at the time, and I still think that the only way either is scum is if Macca is, so I'd prefer to vote out Macca first before either of them. If Macca is innocent, I think likely both of them are.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 3:14 pmDetails, Chaqa, details.
Why to good feels on brain, bona, ghug?
Why the bad feels on Macca or myself?
Ghug, it's hard to explain, but I've always had a really good scum-o-meter with him throughout the years, and it hasn't gone off yet. Maybe given time it will. I also like his pushes on Kgray and Maniac, both of whom I think are being pretty lazy compared to normal (esp. Maniac).
On the flipside-
Foodcoats was REALLY pinging me earlier with his input into a few arguments, and I felt some of his posts were "look busy" type posts:

If you're surprised by such inane actions as our brave Aeneas jokingly engaging in the democratic processes upon which the great nations below were built, then being tricked by others like myself will come most naturally to you.
celaph, are you claiming to be scum who is tricking town!brain and town!worcej?

See my last post on food,Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 3:15 pmAnd are Demon and food still rubbing you the wrong way? Why?
RHK it's more nebulous but he has a weird lurker playstyle as scum I'm seeing here.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
I feel pretty good about kak, Bona, and celaph.
Still on the fence about food. Sometimes I think his tone does seem really townie but there are moments that give me pause. Plus people insisting he's town makes me want to stubbornly double-down on my initial read.
I'm suspicious of Vecna and ghug for their Maniac push. I don't understand how his opening post was scummy, and the longer they stay there without any further explanation the more suspicious I get.
Darg's my best guess at scum, and I think brain or yav would be good wagons too.

##vote Dargorygel
Guess voting Kgray D1 is not the way to go.
But her/darg/DemonRHK seem like the people id be willing to vote here. Jamiet and Maniac I dont mind giving a bit more extra time to warm up.

Kgray actually just displayed a mini-tell I didnt inform her about yet. Initial impression could be wrong

What's informing your "yav as good wagon" decision?
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
How tf is ghug pushing me? He literally said I could be scum just because I said that his boring vote deserves a boring response. And I will not tolerate being called lazy in this game (or ever, probably, since I always let mafia take up too much of my time). And how is Maniac being lazy compared to normal? This seems exactly like his normal play.Chaqa wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 4:28 pmGhug, it's hard to explain, but I've always had a really good scum-o-meter with him throughout the years, and it hasn't gone off yet. I'm drawing the line from jamie's thoughts on Maniac and their wholehearted weak foundation for why they're townreading food.

Consider me spiritually on board with the RHK wagon as well.
Right now Darg is bigger and I want to prevent a situation where senior foodcoats or kakarotto become lead wagons.

HB, wanna converse with me and let me convince you not to be voting senior foodcoats?

Always willing to listen. I think between Demon and Darg, I'm indifferent/null for the most part to them. Pretty null on foodcoats too, but see my connect-the-dots rationale for the vote.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Yeah, I think chaqa's flawed logic has lead to you voting someone I consider obv-town.
Itd be a disservice to the town if we killed foody today. Unless im very wrong, but I dont think I am

I wouldn't mind Demon either. It's hard to compare meta when he was a Mason with me, but looking back on that game he was waaaay more active than he's been here.
