I see why you say its NAI. but it isnt. Macca fake excitement is fairly noticeable. they didnt front load the post with excitement. it was an afterthought for macca they needed to be happy to be town. which town macca doesnt need to pepper into a post late in a paragraph.

listing someone as town based on patterns in behavior is a really quick way to sort things in large games where we dont always have enough content to go with even by mid game. we need to use every meta data point we can and use logical inferences along the way to lift our lowest hardest to read players out of questionable status into slight townleans or town so it makes the game easier. use every tool possible and hope you dont gloss over something carelessly along the way. pray you dont rely too much on diatribes or bad meta.

I dont feel I am wrong here. based on the evidence.

if you were town here youd see the urgency and immediacy of wanting to establish our weakest links as town based on any options on the table that accurately tell the tale

Well Macca will hopefully post something other than their opening post, so we don't need to rely on that one thing for our read. We don't need to get a quick read on everyone as soon as we possibly can, but rather get an accurate read on them and figure out where they are in relation to other people.

Scum players are always (or should always be) self-aware of what their posts look like.

this is completely untrue. and if anything this is the reason why scum mess up most often. alot of players hit submit without rereading. and it bites them in the ass as scum. not everyone is careful. this has never been true.

Then they should be aware of what they're typing before they send it. Macca's pretty smart and I figure that they do reread their posts.

This is a scumtell from you bona. for a number of reasons.

but the most important reason is that you are fighting tooth and nail to keep a player as a null when you should be seeking to prove that player is town or scum by any means necessary.

this arbitrary use if logic and judgement mirrors how you played as scum in m64 where you would argue just for the sake of asinine page filling arguments.

dargo is not in the group of players I'd vote for today. I'd say he's pretty nullish. I think dargo, like me, is prone to making mistakes and carrying them away (as both alignments), so the fact he and I erred on the same thing doesn't tell me anything either way.
