If you don’t remember something worcej, why comment on it in a way that suggests you do? I remember you usually being aggro-snark D1, not sloppy and possibly misleading town.
Very scummy IMO.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
celaph has been making a disproportionate amount of fluffy posts. Several players have been brought up as suspicious already for enthusiastic intros - myself, Macca, Maniac, yavu. But that’s largely fallen off in these cases. Celaph however seems to be stuck in theme/RP land which I can’t help but find to actually be suspicious.

Hello fine town people and some evil bastards.
Tried to catch up last night but just felt asleep on page 2, seems Darg and Brain talking is good for insomnia. Will try again now.

For all those folk who think it's fun to crumb... don't.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Twice, if you count the werewolf game. Hence it no longer being towny.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Does anyone remember any game damo played as mafia? How was he? I find his messages detailed and careful but in a towny way. I guess I have town vibes from him.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Catching a few scum here and there doesn't exactly make up for blowing the game in kylo multiple times.... And you're gonna have to try a lot harder than that if you want to pocket me this time

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
It's really not. It's no better than voting out players you think are "bad" as town.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Why? It didn't stand out to me at all.Vecna wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 7:08 amThis was also the exact same initial impression I hadghug wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 11:26 pmManiac is scum.Maniac wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 10:41 pmAh it’s started. I’ve missed having a reason to waste time playing forum games.
A big hello and how are you to the new players. Or players that I haven’t played with before. If you haven’t played with me before, what’s your experience of Mafia?
##vote Jamie - because I know it annoys him.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Agreed with kgray here. I found this a weird statement to be made by worcej who is usually the champion of town-lives-and-dies-together. The general hypothesis being advanced is kgray=good-either-way so the logical town move is wait-and-see, but worcej is subtly advocating a kgray votekill.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
I don't think you're right. iirc the last game he was in I incorrectly scumread him for lurking, but when I went back and checked his previous games I didn't find anything AI about it.
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Since when are you not suspicious of townslips?
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
How was that helpful? lmaodamo666 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 9:12 amHelpful townChaqa or naughty scumChaqa pretending to be helpful?Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 4:09 amSo a quick review of the setup says that there's always:
8 VT
1 Miller
And then all of the other roles on each side except, missing one of these pairs:
(1) Town Roleblocker / Janitor
(2) Inventor / Ninja
(3) Doctor / Goon
(4) Watcher / Driver
(5) Journalist / Godfather
(6) Cop / Stalker
So we can probably figure out the exact setup down the line, but we should wait until the Werewolf has been neutralized.
Assuming town for now.

Interesting. Please elaborate more on how Maniac has moved away from suspicion since his opening post?foodcoats wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 11:25 amcelaph has been making a disproportionate amount of fluffy posts. Also why do you think Macca's posts have been less fluffy than celaph's?
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
I think celaph is a terrible vote presently. everyones posts are in establishment phases; which you need. Gonna strongly disagree with your assessment fudcoots

Vecna entry is a bit simplistic and agreeable as opposed to scathing. I dont feel intimidated by vecna entry.
rivera entry feels oddly campy as well.
