Can I say that if you join these games and then walk off, you should be barred for a while from joining anything. It suck when your EOG is "well, player X was a pouty wanker who left the game, so his centers went immediately to another power so I lost." No one learns a damn thing from that.

It seems that someone already joined. Just for your info, you don't need a mod to add you to a game: as long as a place is vacant you can simply go to the game and join it
