Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
What's going on in my head:
If I lynch you, you can post a message saying I lynched you just because you said so on a post, and rally other players to vote me out. But, if the same thing is going on in your head, you can use this as a tool to vote someone else out.
If I don't lynch you, it's possible that you are not on my side, thus leaving a possible enemy alive.
To vote or not to vote...the struggle is real

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
Please refrain from +1-ing in this game. We discussed this in the pre-game show, and said that while it doesn't seem like +1 ing provides the cheating opportunities that it used to (since now we can see WHO can +1) it would be wise to discuss it more before we make that change. Thanks.
Oh... but +1 hardworking, early rising Mods.

Hello, Westpeople. Let's seek us out some evildoers.
Here's one - ##VOTE Brainbomb.
Now it's time for one of my trademark rules queries.
##CALL GM
In the setup post you said:
"1. *Anyone* who is killed at step *1* or step *3* is considered dead during their portion of adjudication."
Please could you clarify how anyone could be killed at Step 1?

##GM Note
Step one refers to the veteran alert on the order of adjudication chart. Step three should actually be referring to step four though. That was an error on my part. Please check the table to see when actions occur.

@Teacher2 - aww I am glad you were willing to join this game just for my enjoyment... and your vote of confidence is truly touching.
Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
@worcej - you were once Bonnie Parker to my Clyde Barrow, Ethel Rosenberg to my Julius Rosenberg... we were partners in crime... now you are using your incredible deductive skills to throw shade on me:
Alas I can't argue with the logic... but, let me counter with some of my own... considering I have been mafia 2 games in a row, I could totally be town this game... which would be opposite from my past two games... which might mean everyone is an opposite role from their last game.... since this is flash, thedip, and brain's first game... they didn't kill anyone last game... so I think we can be certain one of them is the SK... since Brain is certainly the most erratic I think we can all assume he is a serial killer regardless of his role.

Drcj is my evil twin who is also my cousin. Don't try to understand it. But, know that some people fear that his proficiency for killing Teacher2, Ike, and Yav may reside in me as well... lucky for them I only hunt scum now...
Speaking of which... anyone feeling like a no-lynch D1?

I don't like the no-lynch idea, but feel free to play an Ezio and try to convince us.DrCJG wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 1:07 pmDrcj is my evil twin who is also my cousin. Don't try to understand it. @ DRCJG:
It is not Brainbomb's first game. He has played this game many times. He just says daft stuff.

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
@Rdriv... Ugh... the line before: "I only hunt scum now" ... followed by "speaking of which" was meant to imply I was scum hunting with my request for no-lynchers.
I have always been opposed to no-lynch outside of mylo... Compare me to my evil twin Drcj... but don't compare me to Ezio.
@Jamiet... Ugh... clearly my jokes aren't funny
So fine lets get serious... any "hypotracker" strategies or other tricks we should employ this game?

Re: MAFIA XXXVII: THE WHEEL OF WEB-TIME
I have not been in any games where a "hypo claim" strategy was used. I do not know if it is useful for any roles in this game, but I think it is an interesting idea.DrCJG wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 1:17 pm@Rdriv... He said "hypo tracker" not "hypo claim", but what is a hypo claim anyway?
