Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Okay hammer-happy folk.
ND is at work... and I have a doctor's appointment.
So if you hammer in the next while, we won't be able to INSTANTLY respond.
So self-govern.
IF any hammer votes accumulate on ANY player (eight END-votes on the SAME player) two or three of you (no more!) can type [HAMMER! PLEASE HOLD.]
And then please hold.
We'll take care of the subsequent mechanics asap.
I expect that time wise, an ENDhammer will simply add a few hours to the night.
Just so that you know... my appointment is NOT due to stress derived from this, or any other, game.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
My mother has one sister. She is alive and living in Hagley I think. I haven't visited her since I was a child. I last saw her at her husband's funeral 3 years ago (I think). My Mum also has a brother and if he had a wife she'd also be my Aunt, so not sure why only my mum's sister is of interest to you.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:22 pm@Maniac: How many sisters does your mother have, what is the current status of each of them, and how recently have you visited them?
My dad had seven sisters and no brothers. Three sister were step sisters and I barely knew them. One half-sister was around my age and died as a teenager. One sister died around five years ago and two are in their late sixty's earlier seventy's. I haven't visited them for many years, but see them at family events.
Thanks for the interest in my family.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
With regards to Brainbomb, he isn't stupid. He obviously thinks if he can take a town player down with him, he will have succeeded in some kind of heroic sacrifice for the benefit of his team. If you fall for this kind of stunt, he'll just keep doing it.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
I told you. I was bored.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
I'm not sure we should. Seems more likely to out PRs than anything else.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 1:25 pmWait, I suppose ##Unend because I guess we should wait for reactions to this.

Okay... so I can officially say that BB is the most ridiculous player on webDip.
Stay ridiculous BB, you make games fun.
Tham needs to flip next phase.

No. Try reading the entire day rather than individual posts. You were in the list of confirmed scum posted earlier.Maniac wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:46 pm*waves* not clear or in scum pool I see. I am still alive and kickingJamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:29 pmCorrected:
Macca is mechanically cleared.
Bona is just about clear.
I am just about clear.
Bob is likely to be town.
Celaph is more likely town than not.
That leaves a couple of scum (and the Alien if it's not Thamrick) in the pool of:
Ghug
Vecna
Worcej
Damo
Foxcastle
Rdrivera
We can get this, Town.

Ack no, crap, that's wrong.
Brainbomb's endvote isn't on himself anymore.
Feel free to keep talking, sorry all.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Checks out. I just looked him up in the Shamanic Uncyclopedia.
Brainbomb’s initiation into the Blessed Potato tribe was a five-day vision quest, a period of isolation in the wilderness behind the Wal Mart, without food and water. This was followed by three days in a sacred abandoned caravan known to the Blessed Potatoes as the Cave of Grandmother Growth.
Other rites of passage included capturing and releasing a crusty sock with his bare hands to face his fear of socks, enduring a fourteen month Hostess Twinkie fast to enhance his sensitivity to natural foods, and surviving a nine-day vision quest so that he may, according to made-up cosmology, learn the language of the chipmunks. The nine-day vision quest, considered lengthy by arbitrary standards, along with several other five-day vision quests, helped to establish him as a respected initiate within the Potato People.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
page 51 End of Night (and probably of my game but hey) reads:
1. Bo_sox48 - RHK has already surmised how bad Bo's switching at EoD1 was. By taking momentum out of the teacon lynch he guaranteed that NEITHER of his scumreads would go through; because there simply wasn't enough traction on guak at any point. As a result, Maniac died instead. Whilst the absence of his usual total scumslips has been notable, I think he's MODERATE SCUM and his start of night 'slip' doesn't help him there at all.
2. Brainbomb - Thinks he's solved the game as per usual. Hasn't given off an especially strong townie vibe but has had some bizarre attacks thrown his way (particularly by ghug)
3. captainmeme - Has done nothing. If he's mafia, I'll almost certainly die. We each owe a death there I suppose given his penchant for fearkilling me. Do take a long hard look at him if I die and avenge me please. NULL
4. Yoyoyozo - I didn't find Dary especially scummy or townie, and Yoyo hasn't done anything since he joined either. Null. A big thing in his favour is how the wagon on him D1 consisted of some very shady people (rdrivera, xorxes, Floodgates, teacon7, Fluminator) who have either been null or scummy. Due to there being two scumteams, that doesn't help clear him much, but I'd not be surprised if at least one of the scumteams was trying to coast through on a Yoyo wagon there and that one or two of those voting him were mafia.
5. DeathLlama8 - Struggling to remember he's in the game. Null.
6. DemonRHK - His early 'reaction test' was awful and just a glorified anchor that let him blame other people for his absence. He's since come back and made good points against both teacon7 and bo_sox but given how mafia need to scumhunt to find the other team I'm not sure I trust him all that much despite that. Slight Scum - but not on a team with teacon or bo.
7. Floodgates - Didn't give a damn D1 but has serious'd up over the course of the night. Not really sure that's what a scum would do as they'd surely want to stay a very low NK target for the other team; so a SLIGHT TOWN read for now.
8. Fluminator - Not focused much on him at all, but nothing he's said has jumped out as scummy to me. Slight Town.
9. Glen_Alexander - Started brightly but faded rapidly. Made excuses for the Maniac lynch rather than sticking to his guns on having scumread Maniac (which was perfectly reasonable), so his response hasn't beeg great, but probably quite typical for a newbie. Needs to get back in gear tomorrow as his play for the last 24 hours has me erring toward Slight Scum.
10. ghug - Started very poorly and seemed to be inventing reasons to attack brainbomb at one point, which I called him out on. Has been better since, though, and I have him as SLIGHT TOWN now.
11. guak - Has made good points against multiple people throughout the course of the game whilst having easy to follow thought processes. The cases and attacks on guak have been nonsensical, and guak is my strongest TOWN read as a result. He went from being buddied by people to being attacked by them and it seems to me like a lot of people (probably including the scum) just don't know how to react to an active guak.
12. Hellenic Riot - Town. Probably dying. Maybe I should've made more friends after all
13. Ikaneko - Crap though speculating about mafia NK targets is; I'm pretty sure that if he had partners they'd have been telling him not to do anything like that, and if he was thinking those things he'd simply have posted them in his Mafia QT instead. Probably TOWN as a result.
14. Jamiet99uk - Acted completely out of character by being friendly to everyone (particularly guak) without giving reason for his 180 there; but as soon as I called him out on it he went hyper-aggressive and reverted to his usual play. Changing how you play between games is pretty reasonable. Changing midgame when called out on it is not. SCUM.
15. Maniac - Dead Town. Should've voted teacon when I said.
16. MoscowFleet - Not focused on him much because nothing he's said or done has jumped out at me. Null.
17. rdrivera2005 - I was slight townreading him until he gave his "will/won't" lynch list. Having me as someone who he won't lynch, despite not interacting with me at all until now and never expressing something like that before now has really puzzled me. Could be a sign that rdrivera is in a Mafia QT and has been told how difficult to lynch I am so he's gone and townread me thinking it's safer to do so.
@rdrivera care to explain why you don't want me eliminated?
18. teacon7 - Scum. Has accused me of trying to sow division between guak and Jamie... so repeatedly bringing it up that, in fact, it seems like he's trying to create this division himself and blame it on me. Ignored all points and responses regarding my read on Jamie to instead keep shouting this false narrative. Looks to me like he's trying to get town kudos for defending Jamie, and Teacon is scum. I still maintain my scumread on Jamie, but I think teacon is on a different team and was trying to get his town kudos in the wrong place. Whether or not Jamie is scum, Teacon is VERY SCUM.
19. VashtaNeurotic - Don't particularly buy the claim but we'll see if he survives the night or not. His D1 play was pretty horrific, but he was pretty horrific as cop back in M10 (much to my advantage D1... or not. Fuck that tied vote). Slight Town I suppose.
20. xorxes - Very suspicious, very quiet. As I've spent the last couple of games focusing strongly on xorxes (whilst alive anyway) I've not bothered to go after xorxes this time, but I have him as SLIGHT SCUM regardless.
21. Maniac - Very defensive, but that seems pretty typical for a newbie to me. I don't find any of the cases against him all that convincing. Moderate Town.
