Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
@Bona you've put your vote today first on the inert wagon Jamie, and then on OMGUS solo wagon damo. If damo weren't voting you, would you still go to vote him? And if not who you actually want to DK?
@Vecna I'm really easygoing person when I don't have several wannabe psychics and their hangers-on screeching about semantic scumslips. I'll support to Belgium any time, people who don't do lowest common denominator lines.
@brainbomb Remind me if you're town again? If so I may join your wagon later today, but first, I have to resolve the unrest over here

You're putting the cart before the horse here. You can't assume I'm scum, ask a loaded question, then use my response as proof I'm scum.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
My vote for damo was not omgus (if it was, I'd vote you). It was a call-out of his scummy reasoning for voting me.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
the way Jasnah talks reminds me so much of krellin. weird comparison but she has this whole fuck the geniuses stigma that krellin was so famous for.

PART TETRA
Yet after a chaqa town flip....
Edit: unless the logic applies that scum wont gain the info from avoided jail-targets I guess
Not a scum mindset at all
In the mini I was remarking in the exact same way the he was responding in naturally non-scummy way to some event that happened (I was scum though, but still).
Town still piled on him and misskilled him, resulting in pretty much the only scenario that us scumlords could win.
Does he do it this far-fetched as town?
Now im starting to doubt my own shit
Bad timing to link back to it I feel
You just activated my trap card because Bunny has been obv-town all game long
Ill be awaiting your response momentarily
This post also has me feeling weird. Ghug wasnt voting for Jamiet, yet is making this statement. If he was teasing him, does it make sense? He doesnt have alignment knowledge as town in this situation.ghug wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 10:50 pmI mean it'd be pretty great if scum did that.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 10:49 pmThis is too close.
Scum could flip onto me with seconds to go.
Seriously, get off me unless you've got a genuine reason why you think I'm scum.
Yet after a chaqa town flip....
Also feels like he realized he's threading in dangerous waters here
Instance 1 I guess. Should deff not be enough for a modkill

going right past the assessment that only scum would shoot Kgray. Reasoning from town POV.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 11:22 pmI'm not a fan of kgray's reads, but even so, her being around benefits town

Disagree strongly. People really cannot seem to read Bona's tone lol.

Ok, now it just turned into dumbtelling.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 11:49 pmLike town ray-gunning anyone before 24 hours has passed is so absolutely bonkers insane - it benefits literally no one for them to do that. But scum could do that and cleanly knock out a good player and have no one notice for hours.
Does he do it this far-fetched as town?

Guess it wasnt dumbtelling but just making a point in a weird-sounding way?
Hey look, someone pulled the same trick on me as I wanted to pull on Kgray last game. Saved it in your scum QT brain?brainbomb wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 12:29 amVecna looks pretty invested here.Vecna wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 2:04 pmDo note that if it turns out that Both jamiet and Chaqa turn out to be scum.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Wed Mar 10, 2021 12:24 pmCurrent thoughts:
I don't mind the jamie wagon. While Jamie's snarky summary of the wagon makes it seem bad, Maniac and others have interesting reasons.
I don't like the Chaqa wagon. I think Vecna's reasons are bad. I think the members of the wagon are sketchy. I think the timing and manner of its formulation is sketchy.
I like the Bona wagon (obv, I'm on it). I still think Bona had a lot of posts that were "too sketchy to be sketchy" by just spewing statements and then contradicting them about 10 minutes later for no reason. His high school chummy drama seemed like a way to post a lot without doing anything.
I am worried that when lfischl took early pressure (I didn't understand why, but I didn't understand why Durga got a lot of pressure in the mini game) that Vecna jumped in to change the topic. Vecna did the same for some other wagons. I'm not sure who he's saving like he did Durga, but it seems very similar to last game. His posts seem forced like they did last game too, as the GM I thought on D1 "oh man, when Durga flips it'll be obvious how Vecna was defending her". Gonna ##vote Vecna
OR if Jamiet is scum and Chaqa is town.
This post is a hard-ass scumclaim trying to set up future days.
In fact, this is Bunnies scumplay to a T.
Arguing hard against certain wagons without having any opinion on it himself. Trying to draw conclusions, trying to influence general opinion.
You just rose to the top of the list buddy.
Im coming for you.
Bad timing to link back to it I feel
As even bunny pointed out, the list was missing some people. Regardless, shove your list of 3 up your ass brain. Trying to push the logic im using basic scum noob strategies. grmbl

Well, theres a first time for everything.ghug wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 1:05 amSo, D1 was either:
a) a TvTvT waste. In this case it's maybe worth looking at wagons that didn't materialize (all the high schoolers, strangely, and Vecna, who acts like one), but mostly it just sucks.
b) a jasnah save. This one's my favorite, at least pre-writing. First votes on jas were Chaqa/damo/bona/Fox, which put her tied for first, with only a Fox vote on Vecna in between (Jamie was in the lead here, so this could point to a Jamie/Fox team). This put her into a tie with Chaqa and Jamie. lfischl put Chaqa back ahead, emc tied it. Celaph put her in the lead, bona moved to tie it as he does. Brain put Chaqa in the lead. Bona moved back to tie it. Bunny and celaph moved to Jamie (putting him back in the running) and Chaqa (putting him in the lead) respectively. I moved to jasnah to tie it. Then thamrick jumps on Chaqa, Riot jumps on Jamie, and bona moves to tie again, making it 7-7-5. I, emc, and damo then pile on Chaqa in that order. In this scenario, I think damo, Fox, emc, and I look good (I always look good), emc and bona could go either way, and lfischl, brain, Bunny, thamrick, and Riot look bad. The fact that that many people would look bad makes me think there was a save involving a couple of scum and a couple of unwitting town.
c) a Jamie save, here I look pretty bad because I broke the tie. All those early voters on jasnah look not great, especially Fox because he also briefly tried to make Vecna competitive. Fischy still looks bad, brain too, maybe celaph, thamrick. Riot looks good, Bunny looks good. Bona's still hard to read based on the VCA, but probably a little better because he ended up killing the jasnah wagon to force a tie between Chaqa and Jamie.
d) a double save. lfischl, brain, thamrick, maybe me look bad here. Fox, emc, damo, Bunny, HR all look pretty good. Probably Bona too, as he only voted Chaqa early in the day.
How do you go from saying im acting as a highschooler to this? lol
Well, if this is what bob is really claiming, I guess im strongly deleting my read of himBobMcBob wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 2:33 amoblivious to what?
i did not check my role pm until this morning
i only knew scraps of the setup through conversation in the signups:
i knew there was an alien
i knew there was a campervan
i knew it was item madness
i had vague memories of a phone
i heard about the shaman, deputy and secretary though other people talking about them
@Bob - What scummishness has there been between me and Bunny individually?BobMcBob wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 3:04 amlfischl is acting strange, as in different to normal, and also seems to have no good opinionsBonatogether wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 2:59 amHow is lfischl acting strange?
Why do you say that about Vecna and Bunny?
What was that post from fox?
vecna and bunny have been going up against each other a lot. i doubt theyre scum together but at the same time there is enough scummishness between the two of them to make me want to dk one of them soon
the post from fox was his exaggerated rant about people replying to questions they were not asked

This sounds like something useful to do in the late game, but certainly not now.BobMcBob wrote: ↑Fri Mar 12, 2021 11:42 amwhat are you going to narrow it down to?
a pool of 4 people of which at most 3 can be scum?
how on earth is that in any way helpful?

page 4 Wtf... Skimming this thread all I see is a bunch of dufus's making inside jokes with each other and fake voting likes it's either : a. Original or b. Humorous. It is neither.
Is this entire game going to be made up of fools claiming so-n-so is guilty/innocent because they are/aren't behaving "like they are supposed to" etc? Or will there be some original thinking at summer point?

page 4 OK -- here's some old school thinking that should piss you off. NO FUCKING DAY ONE LYNCH. It's a god-damned waste of a townie and will tell us NOTHING when that townie flips townie. And there is not way in hell any intelligent mafia is going to tie himself in any obvious way to the inevitable lynching of the day one townie.
There....suck on that monkey men.

##CALL GM:
Since you guys can see if your pm's have been read, is it still mandatory to read your role pm?
Is this a thing you guys still check?

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Why are you guys voting me then? I'm firmly town. There's no possible way there's any kind of scan on me. There's no possible mechanical information on me. There's no scumslip. There's no VCA tying me to scum, or even probable scum, or even possible scum. THERE IS NO CASE.jasnah wrote: ↑Fri Mar 12, 2021 2:21 pmBonatogether must be joking. There are four other players voting you including one who's end voted, and although I'm the most likely of the wagon to be voting you for being stupid, pretending like we're all on you for policy reasons isn't a line worth respecting. Looking at your iso you have about one substantive comment every five posts that you write, the others are just snarking like you're trying to play a poor imitation of me. Why are you still voting Jamie?

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
screw it, cant be bothered to cut out the quote on mobile
tbh i cant remember what i thought was scummy about you and bunny
in fact i cant remember a single thing bunny has said so far this game any more
went and checked and still cant find it lol
(this is the problem with not writing out my thought processes)
i believe it was because the interactions seemed very in each others faces in a way that did not seem like scum theatre so i discounted both being scum
however i was getting scummy vibes from the posts so i decided it was likely there was one scum among you
it was mostly vibes reads at the time
pretty sure i also put bunny on my entirely accurate scumlist at the same time as chaqa was warming up so i believe it was partially due to i didnt like his response to chaqa
