No, there are 5 Regular Goats and one Space Goat.damo666 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 9:13 pmAnd it doesn't apply since we are ignorant of how many goats there are.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 8:16 pmYou don't know the Monty Hall problem?
It's the one with the goats and the doors.

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Im quite a bit behind atm, but I dont think town has anything to be confident over?
Townkill D1, a janitored kill on Kgray
And what feels like to be a very stacked scum team opposing us.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
my interview is about to start. If anyone nightkills me I will shove a desk and chairs up their urethra.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Plenty of quality players alive, including me. Didnt you praise my reads as amazing a week ago? when you killed me N1 for being deserving of death?
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
It was somewhere between the former and the latter. I felt like we were actually getting somewhere for a second and then you reverted to the attacks when it looked like I wasn't going to budge on scumreading you.jasnah wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 8:22 pm@worcej Bona's reasons for town reading me or anyone else are pretty much just like his reasons for scum reading me or anyone else: spurious, fallacious and dense.
@Ghug
I thought the above was either a general expression of disappointment, like the equivalent of taking a sigh, or a pointed dig at my inconsistency of liking and then not liking the previous reads. And just a moment ago you liked my townpool...
I'm not sure why I read it as the latter. I became really mad for not that much reason. I apologize for my language which was excessive and I'll tone it down.
@all Please do hold me to it. Periodic personal insults are shitty and I don't want to create a meta where unhinged flaming becomes a norm.
@Ghug I actually like you all things considered so it was especially out of order me to write like that, not because people would deserve it more if I don't like them, but because it shows I have a lot of work to do re rage management if I can just go off like that for no particular reason.
I find your insults kind of humorous, honestly, but I appreciate the apology.

I voted Chaqa because the jasnah wagon died and I didn't want to kill Jamie. Maybe with a meme cherry sprinkled on top. I justified others' votes on Chaqa to rd. Your shitty push on Jamie is far more questionable. His response to nearly being killed was town Jamie to a T.Hellenic Riot wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 9:03 pmBecause every time you justify the Chaqa vote it feels worse and worse, and I strongly disagree with just about everything else you're saying too.ghug wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 6:41 pmWhy?Hellenic Riot wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 5:19 pmI'm getting strongly inclined to endhammer ghug tomorrow

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Some reads before EON:
Scummier
Jamie
brainbomb
Bona
Vecna
Bob
emc
celaph
Townier
(anyone not on the list is nullier)
Reasons:
Jamie came out strong advocating alien hunting, he later doubled down on this by advocating that we waste a PR's power to question kgray for her role. Not to ask a dead person for their scans. Not to ask any future janitored dead for their role and scans. This feels scummy. His defense and tone did not feel like town Jamie, except for his blunt "get off me" which is easily faked.
brainbomb has been spewing garbage left and right. GMing last game I saw this hot mess that he was spewing come together as a coherent glob and spin a pearl. I realize that you can't always strike gold, but this continues to feel like random garbage hot mess. In addition, anyone agreeing with Jamie about advocating alien hunting above all else seems scummy to me.
Bona seems like he's contributing nothing, but has toned back his over-the-top scumminess of the last full game. This is exactly the focus and tone I'd expect from a scum player who doesn't want to exactly mimic their tone on a subsequent game of drawing scum. His posts that said completely contradictory statements within minutes and no reason in between suggest he's trying to look better, but can't figure out how.
Vecna I'm surprised that he jumped at me that hard for pushing him before. I've pushed town!vecna before as town and as scum and he's never done that. I don't recall playing against scum!vecna. He got little pressure in the minigame, but this seemed excessive OMGUS. I don't really know what to make of it, but in addition to the reasons I pushed him in the first place (forgetting who he scumread, steering the conversation in ways that could be saving by ignoring current wagons) make me concerned.
Bob is wacky. Bob is doing weird tone, but he's saying real things. He's full of garbage high school, but that's because he is *in* high school. With that context, I I don't see scum!Bob playing and attacking the way he is. Last game when he was all over the place my early read was "town...but maybe too town to be town and need to revisit later" (something like that), but this time feels more natural.
emc: honest reads. Not forcing things. Not trying to hide, nor insert himself as the center of the game. This is the emc who is confident enough to wait around and play, not an emc who dreads being found eventually.
celaph. He is town. His first post was town. Every post since then has been town. Listen to him. Leave him alone. If you don't have confident reads, sheep him.
