This just feels like it lacks the critical thought that I normally associate with Vecna. Of all the people with poor reasons to vote Jamie, why is this the one that you want to push? I can't help but feel that Chaqa was chosen because he's easy to push. He's rather feared after M62 and few will actively come out of the woodwork to push back despite a poor day like they will do with others.

Go and read back the games where Chaqa has been trying and is actively playing in a pro-town manner.

If he wants to try and tank his town-game to just be able to lurk out his scumgames I will gladly kill him D1 every single game.

Also, what critical thought are you looking for? He is actively making it so that no critical thought can be applied.

I have to agree with Vecna here. Protecting your scum meta when you are town should get you DKed without regrets.

Agree on your last point as well. Though it's possible I'm just hedging after getting beaten last game. I guess we'll see.

Here's what I saw last game D1 as GM: When Durga took early pressure, he did this vote hopping "what can I get to stick?" and managed to deflect. The hard part for reading Vecna is this is how he plays D1 as town...

But I'd be very suspicious of Vecna if lfischl flips town.

Vote hopping? I set up my second partner as the counter-wagon to make either of my teammates that would survive look very good.

The only reason I switched was because Kgray put up a counter-wagon that was conveniently already in my scumreads and I felt I could let her take more of the blame for that later on.

Both wagons had already stuck and had plenty of support amongst people. And what did I deflect on exactly? I claimed my reasons for my actions clearly.

Your characterization is not very sharp Bunny. You saying youre suspicious of me based on a potential town-flip of lfischl is also weak. How about you take a stance on his alignment yourself? As a GM, what did you notice of lfischl's play compared to this game?

Why do I sort of scumread Jamie, list that consists of one reason:

He's meaner in snark when scum compared to town. When he's town he'll be all "you witless fuck, shove it up your ass" and you're like "hell yes, harder Jamie"

This is rarely actually true. Scum Kgray in her games didnt talk as much as any of her towngames, im pretty sure theres a noticeable difference.

She also is a lot more prone to talk in wallposts that just sort of agree with people, as opposed to live interact a lot in her towny mindset.

I don't like the Chaqa wagon. I think Vecna's reasons are bad. I think the members of the wagon are sketchy. I think the timing and manner of its formulation is sketchy.

I like the Bona wagon (obv, I'm on it). I still think Bona had a lot of posts that were "too sketchy to be sketchy" by just spewing statements and then contradicting them about 10 minutes later for no reason. His high school chummy drama seemed like a way to post a lot without doing anything.

I am worried that when lfischl took early pressure (I didn't understand why, but I didn't understand why Durga got a lot of pressure in the mini game) that Vecna jumped in to change the topic. Vecna did the same for some other wagons. I'm not sure who he's saving like he did Durga, but it seems very similar to last game. Frankly I don't really care how much Jamie does or doesn't get riled up. I think that if you're DK'ing based on how angry someone is able to pretend to be over text you're setting yourself up for arbitrary wagoning not to mention a pretty toxic metagame as a result of an incentive structure that rewards over-the-top rage.

At least Jamie has been talking at all, which is more than can be said for Chaqa. I'm aware that time zones exist, so maybe he will come back later and say more and maybe we'll have good reasons to unwagon him again, that's perfectly fine, and if that happens we have ample time to switch to another sensible wagon before EOD.

Jasnah seems very similar again to last game. I like the natural reasoning and the strong opinions here.
