Can you explain that? I had the exact opposite reaction. He was actively and briefly complaining about being townread by two people. That doesn’t strike me as scum!bona. What did you see?

Bona doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks of him as town. I'm not sure he even has as scum. If he were questioning the townreads, I'd like that, but complaining about being linked to people is icky.

Jamie, if I were scum, at this point I'd have read all the mafia roles and maybe skimmed the town roles. I'm not faking shit, I'm just left.

I found brain's original point compelling because it's unlikely you to not get annoyed at people for claiming things, not because you'd be driven to anger by learning that an item that's bad for you is in brainbomb's hands (most would actually consider this a positive). Limiting that read to the alien rather than any scum feels odd to me.
