Youre ssorren, flyyyyying, there’s not a fallacy in America that you can’t preach.
If you’re trying, it’s not clear to see.
You know the world can see you; in a way that’s more true of who you are.
Creating space between us; really breaks my heart.
Your beliefs make me sick, sick to my belly.
This trade should be free!
You're ssorren
You’re lying,
There’s not a Fox News broadcast you can’t preach.

@CommanderByron if you’re tiny peabrain only had some culture or class, you’d still be a loser. Crawl back into your hole. They let anything be a mod here, wow.

They are not analogous, but close

Could you also give a response with substance?

God I’d love to see California leave the US. You do know that the EU is a horrid drain of France and Germany’s economic might. Well mostly Germany. Still, the EU is failing and doesn’t have that much time.

Re: Trade War _good_
More than asking you to look? Britain has always seen a united Europe as a threat, and for the last several centuries has pursued policies aimed at preventing that happening. Allied with the Portuguese against the Spanish, allied with the Spanish against the French, allied with the French against the Germans etc etc. The prospect of a European Union was the biggest recent threat of this, and after proposals of merging Britain and France were rejected as too extreme a measure, we adopted a policy of creating disunity from within. By pushing for ever greater EU expansion we managed to create an EU with fundamental divisions north and south, east and west, and with completely incompatible cultures and economies. If we'd only managed to get Turkey to join that would have been a complete success, but sadly the Federalists managed to thwart us.

Some of the funniest parts of the comedy Yes Minister involved Sir Humphrey Appleby explaining to his Minister England's foreign policy goals and the EU. Classic stuff. Like his explanation that Britain only joined the EU to make sure it was a failure, you can muck it up much easier as a member. Or the defense of the British sausage episode.

I wonder if American producers & writers could, like they have copied so many British comedies, come up with a hilarious satire that is influenced by Yes Minister & based on Trump & the disfunctional nature of US Federal government and politics at present.

Unfortunately most US copies of British comedies are nowhere near as good as the originals

Thank you for acknowledging the teams liberal stance on personal identity by referring to us as “anything” not “anyone”. Truly, your acceptance of our identity fluidity is greatly appreciated.

Trump's mouth couldn't open as wide as he would want to grin. If he thought it would happen he would be tweeting encouragement.
