The only way you can confirm RDR is the commuter is if you scanned him the night he commuted and got no result back. If that is indeed the case, please say so.

Or quite simply there is a maximum of 2 sympathisers among those scanned vanilla.

The only way you can confirm RDR is the commuter is if you scanned him the night he commuted and got no result back. If that is indeed the case, please say so.
