Re: Webdiplomacy Fantasy Simulator I Sign Up
No, not for that, I asked why did you vote directly 0.2 instead of voting on of the sub-proposals. And I took my answer. Thanks.
Re: Webdiplomacy Fantasy Simulator I Sign Up
Uthwick: I believe you are voting in the proper manner. As long as the barons are clear in what is formal and what isnt, I have no doubt ill be able to scribe your entries dilligently and accurately.

Uthwick: As I continue to battle this spring fever that has taken me, I still have duties to you counselors.
I feel faint.
Sigh. Okay.
Current Pregame Charter
##Proposal 0.1 - Establish a barony in Esfillied, hex 36,16.
##Proposal 0.2.1 - Select Wood Elves for our first starting population
##Proposal 0.2.2 - Select Humans for our second starting population
##Proposal 0.3 - Accept the King's gracious offer of (3) Food, (2) Horses, (1) Stone
Outstanding Issues
[*]Insufficient votes exist on current legislation
[*]Legislation under the kings decree of year 319 states no law may become official without 3 votes in favor. Proposing anything counts as a vote of yes. Seconding any proposal also counts as a yes.
[*]if you wish to create a different voting system, it must be approved by King Thamrick, a Judge (Liberatius), or a Notary of his majesty (Uthwick, Pavel).

Morale will now be measured in %[/b]
Colony begins at 80% Morale.
-10% Falrin
Gold will be measured in exact total in colonial gold pool.

0 gold in pool.
Colonial Health is now also measured in %.
Colony begins at 60% Health
Corruption will be measured in %
Colony begins at 0% Corruption
Faith Cancels Corruption at 1:1
Faith is measured in %
Colony begins at 0% Faith
10% cancels 10% Corruption.
Colony collapses at 100% Corruption
These are reflected in your following updated projected Charter
So opening charter should be
Projected Starting Barony Vitals (Before Stimulus, before territory bonus, before Population bonuses) CORRECTED
(300) Pop +1 Humans (if approved)
(6) Food. +3 stimulus (if approved)
(80%) Health
(80%) Morale -10% falrin
(0%) Faith -10% From Corruption
(4) Support of the King
(0) Magic
(0) Luxury
(0) Research
(0) Gold
(0) Iron
(1) Stone (if approved)
(0%) Corruption +10% Falrin, -10% Faith
(2) Horses (if approved)
________
Strategic resources indicate how much of something you have.
If you have (2) horses it means you have 2 useable slots worth of horses. Which roughly means around 200 horses total.
If you have 1 stone, this is reflected to mean you have 1 strategic useable or tradeable amount of stone. Most buildings will have a cost, this cost must be fulfilled to complete the structure. And that resource is exhausted upon use.
If you use (2) horses to create a cavalry of 200 mounted soldiers, those horses will be exhausted as long as theyre in use as cavalry.

Why are you casting Magic Missile? There's nothing to attack here.
Re: Webdiplomacy Fantasy Simulator I Sign Up
**A Fire has broken out in the riverside district of the capitol city**
-Pregame Event 1-
The city guard is uncertain of the cause and has dispatched multiple brigades to deal with the issue.
Elaboration:
Upheaval
Political unrest over a new prohibition law has driven protestors onto the streets in multiple districts including riverside. Citizens took to the streets with cloths covering their faces and began hurling rocks at clergymen and city officials. A series of buildings caught fire near the protests. These are residential areas.
Decision:
A. Party may opt to get involved - potential risk and reward for involvement unknown.
B. Ignore - no penalty to party.
C. Individual Party members who opt to join may spend the remainder of the pregame phase on "Fires by Riverside Quest"

In the case of the third option, the individual will not be able to vote as being away?
I vote in favour of all three proposals.

I have no idea about how we should react, but I didn't like the first option:

##proposal 0.4.3: opting C
And
##vote no to proposal 0.4.1
