The rules spelled out all messages of orders had to be sent in PM. Anyone with a QT would be using PMs. Anyone without a QT would be using PMs. The GM specified this. Twice.
Were the rules changed this game specifically?
And frankly, even if they were, players in QTs with GM questions are much more likely to be asking them in the QT, so it's telling regardless.
I've quit trying to avoid talking about this because literally everyone but you can see it.

See, I thought brain was town based on his reads, but now I think he's scum again for this unoriginal inanity.

I don’t know.

That’s fine. But anyone basing reads on this well after it had been discussed in thread is making a mistake.

I’m willing to go with the group. I’m avoiding the page. But I’m not impressed with people thinking it means more than it does.

No what he seems to not grasp is it was the same as if you saw your roomate typing in what mightve been a QT and then you post about it.

or that you walked by and saw your friends laptop and saw he had sent msgs to Jamie

So this should probably be bannable btw. why would you ever fucking think this was ok
I think the one thing to get from this although stupid by bunny is that he and maniac are not scum team together.

And what you seem to not understand is information of an action is not indicative of conclusions. A priori I assume EVERYONE interacts with the PM system at some point. So saying “oh. So and so did what of course they did” shouldn’t update my knowledge at all. Not thinking about this is what lead the USA to decide the lousy and obvious intel they had (some Iraqis didn’t like Hussein) actually meant there was something else.

The only useful intel here is people’s responses. Some are honest. Some are less so. And that’s interesting.

However, games only make sense within the social construct they exist within. The GM has ruled. And there’s our construct. Buzz off.

Foolish conclusion too. Why anything? Why not me and bona? Me and Ghug? Any of it? Why single out maniac for your analysis?

Stop
Defending
this inexcusable bullshit
like for real
enough already
I would sub someone out in a heartbeat if they compromised the integrity of the fubdamentals of the game. If you find a game breaking loophole the onus to quietly tell a gm is one thing but to do what you did alters the games integrity and makes players question if their reads are wrong now because of some false system error. nobody shouldve been doing any of this. frankly I think its bullshit some of us havevto go invis as town to avoid bullshit arguments

Because would scum you really out partner bunny for this thing, I don't think so unless you are on different teams.
Now you could have pointed that out to get them eliminated, instead of reactions by posting what they were doing.
Unless you are scum with both of them although that would require you to think ahead and post that knowing people might clear them, which seems unlikely.
I disagree with brainbomb retracting his read.
It is nai although I agree with the premise of maniac being scum.
Because the statement has maniac.
I like to narrow down teams via interactions.

##CO GM NOTE
Jamie had stated that nothing was broken. I'd advise not looking at the page in question if you find yourself drawing unverifiable conclusions from the information you might gather.

But there is NO reason to speak about the issue any more in this game. We can pick up the topic post game.

So stop.

Thanks.

I would like to point out though it is game-breaking since it sees someone when not on the forum, and leads to stupid arguments like if someone is scum because of pms.
Judge on gameplay, not what people are looking at messages.

Finally, a good outcome. Not sure what HR was thinking with those repeated, obvious lies, but we got him.
