I think alien in general more appealing than Mafia just due to something different and that's why we probably have an alien/mafia imbalance.

Possible. Although I'm really struggling with Ezio's fake doc discard claim as coming from scum when he didn't even have a better excuse for it. And HR being the loudest defender of that sounds more like HR knows Ezio's town (or not his teammate) and is trying to buddy him than like he's defending his teammate's ridiculous play.

Ezio - is not very active. Supposedly has a meta of wanting no kills on d1, and leaned really hard into that. Hasn't done much solvy stuff. Alien or mafia

ghug - is active, but unlike last game, doesn't say a lot. Not very solvy, but trying to look like it? sk or mafia (or shitty town)

HB - is decently active. Not very solvey aside from that one time he said he knew Ezio lied about his discard. I feel like mafia would have a more consistent strategy, and they're also not hunting for aliens, so he's not mafia. He's not sk cause he's not making consistent efforts to solve. I could see this as either alien or town, but I lean town a lot more

jasnah - very low poster. Kinda solvey? More than I'd expect from a new player (more than aaro, celaph, or I in m62 anyways). No meta to go off of, so idk. Probably not sk or mafia? I'd be more inclined to guess alien

kgray - very high poster. Very solvey. Not matching town meta a lot, but not diverging a huge amount either. Not alien. I'd rate it town > sk >> mafia

macca - low poster. kinda solvey? apparently matching town meta. not sk. I'd put alien as most likely, but it's kinda a tossup

maniac - lowest poster alive. Hasn't contributed much. I don't remember him being like this, so probably not alien or sk? idfk

rdr - also a very low poster. Isn't dead? That's different. I haven't noticed him a lot. Hasn't pushed many of his own wagons or non-standard wagons. Not town or sk. leaning alien, but I could see it either way

your reads feel like you're just saying things without actually researching and basing it on public impressions and opinions. For example, you say I've done nothing substantive. But I was the first to push celaph followed immediately by kgray. This then grew to a major wagon I pushed.

I almost stopped HR from tying the EOD2 result.
