There was this post where they were intentionally directing it to you and ghug to "play around" with.

Going through his iso, im not seeing it. Just doing a lazy impression-read id probably guess him to be town.

Anyways, my opinion shouldnt really hold a lot of weight. I just feel like the people on this wagon are the types that would often misread slots like him.

I haven't enjoyed ezio's cageyness or question dodging and hinting that there was a reason for his claimed pitch without ever saying it...

but I wish Hamilton had been able to push him more on this first

He said "Town Doctor." "Loud Town Doctor" is a separate role with a different card. There's no reason for him to say "Town Doctor" when he was dealt "Loud Town Doctor",

Right; maybe I should have been more insistent or hammer-y. I'll chalk that up for next time.

Ok so now the question is what motivation Ezio would have to lie about that as each alignment.

That's what I was wondering. It doesn't make sense. It's easily refuted.

Yeah, I think we can divide it into two cases.

Option one is that the card was never dealt, or discarded by a scum teammate (I'm discounting this, because I see little reason for you to out him like this if you're his scum teammate) and he gets away with it. If he's town, it makes him seem like a PR more valuable than a doctor and puts a target on his back. If he's alien or SK, it does the same thing. If he's mafia, he doesn't have to worry as much about being targeted. It also misleads everyone but those he might be in a QT with, which I suppose could benefit town (because mafia could target obvious choices without worry of a save).

Option two is that it's counterclaimed. If he's strictly gambling (aka not your teammate, which I again think is the most likely), then this is the more likely outcome of his gamble. The obvious scum advantage is outing a doctor or doctor discard. The obvious scum downside is putting a target on your back if you're caught. These are both disadvantages if he's town, so I'm inclined to ##VOTE Ezio

I was asking Vecna about celaph, but yeah I definitely remember this. And I think he's implying the regular doctor, not the loud one.

this days progression sure has been pretty weird. Very fast wagons on both ghug and maniac that totally disintegrated. Someone have an explenation for that stufF?

They were pretty explicit. If they had just said doctor, that would have been open for inferring.
