In Italy you have the fucking interior minister bemoaning how "unfortunate" it is that the government cannot persecute legitimate citizens just because they happen to be of Roma ethnicity. Let me say that again: Italy's new ultra-right interior minister would like to be able to round up Roma people who are *citizens* of Italy, and expel them from the country.

In America you have Donald Trump locking small children in cages in a concentration camp, with no contact with their parents, and US immigration officials mocking and laughing at these children.

Anyone who does not disown this shit and campaign for it to stop, now, and for these fucking subhuman, immortal filth to be not only driven out of office but jailed, is beneath contempt.

It is very nice to see that you are one of the few UK people in this forum that show some kind of solidarity with the rest of Europe that is less well off than you and I living in the more well off Western part of Europe.

Oh right I see. Well I'm happy to respond to that. Being a fascist is a choice. Being of a particular race, or being born in a particular country, is not.

You can choose whether to be a racist fash or not. You cannot choose whether to be of Roma descent or not.

Wanting to persecute and harm people based on their race/ethnicity, as fascists and racists like leon and croak do, is something they have chosen to support. It is inhumane, inhuman, and despicable.

Wishing to treat people differently on the basis of their fascism is not the same as wishing to treat them differently on the basis of race or ethnicity.

Fascists are scum. Fascism is an ideology of violence and hatred. To shut up fascists, to deny them the right to speak, to disqualify them from public office, and so on, is a humane, moral, good thing to do. To counter their violence with violence is justified and proportionate.
