Your defense of me is awful. While DK'ing me wouldn't give any information about *my* posts, you still get the interactions from everyone else to the wagon.

If I flip scum d1 then (in a normal setup with only 1 scumteam), then ppl who pushed me and were willing to vote *me* as opposed to the other low posters have huge towncred. The people who pushed hard against me would have scumcred. You can basically flip it for townflip.

Essentially, there's still tons of information about me from the rest of the game, even if I don't say anything at all. When you add on the value a big poster like Kgray (not brainbomb) adds to the game, on day one where every read is bullshit, you should go after the low poster.

We get that info regardless of who we vote. However, if we vote active people, we then get insight on a fair amount of interactions that day, which we do not get if we vote lurkers.

I agree interactions are important. Lurkers will continue to lurk and high posters will continue to post high post counts.

These high posters are going to die at some point, so letting them play more gives us more time to gather information about them for the future.

Killing high posters lets us get more info on what actually happened in a day, and if one happens to be scum, then they'll lead us to the other scum unless they outright abandon them from d1.

The most interesting thing from the text IMO is damo hardclaiming miller from very early in the phase.

I believe he's the one who said both of his role PM's were "identical cards". When I looked through the setup the only possible roles for that would be VT+miller/Tentacle.

I think you've misunderstood their posts. Granted, damo was confused for half of them.

He said "both of his role pms may have been the same." What else is that supposed to mean if not "lol get wrekt cops"

I think you should go reread it again. He said "I do not know if the roles of my 2 dealt cards were of the same faction" and "Retract. Both my cards were same faction." and "Correct" (in response to he tossed VT) and "I may have had 2 identical cards" (not *were* he was demurring) and (crucially)

"It should now be clear that:

a) I discarded 'Vanilla Townsperson'

b) I am not a Vanilla Townsperson

I screwed up and fully expect to be NK'd."

B/c I've played with bb before. He's the most anti town player I've ever had the pleasure of being in a game with. His statement of "town wins when he's not town" earlier this game was roughly half accurate. I'd say the inverse is more true though
"town loses when he's town".

I don't really understand why you think anyone has a motivation to lie about their discard, though. Let's say the scum team(s) discuss their discards tonight... What's the benefit? Player X can now say they made Player Y's discard and Player Y can say they made Player X's discard? What has the scum team gained from such a discussion?
